They deserve 0 stars.The woman behind the counter is extremely rude, unprofessional and does not listen. I dropped off a shirt for dry cleaning and to fix the cuff and tighten the buttons. She removed my original buttons that were blue with silver trim and added white buttons on a yellow shirt and said she threw away my original buttons that she removed from my $180 shirt. I ordered buttons to fix the shirt. She never offered to pay for the buttons or apologize. When i asked for the owners number which is her husband she refused and said she doesn’t want problems with her husband for messing up my shirt. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere unless you want to ruin your clothes. I will never recommend them to anyone.

I moved to the area. I was recommended here. First time taking my sweater & blazer was great. I loved it.So when it came time to have my Canadian Goose coat cleaned. I didnt think twice.Make long story short. Not only wasnt my coat cleaned properly. The natural wolf fur was ruined. The lady (owner) reluctantly refunded my money..but was rude doing so. They ruined my coats fur and act as if it was my fault. NEVER again will I make this mistake.

Best dry cleaners Ive ever been to. The owners are very caring and make sure the customer is happy. They take your time into consideration for when you need to have the clothes ready by. Alterations are done with perfection. I couldnt say anything more about this place, I wont use any other dry cleaners besides Cyrus Cleaners. Highly recommended!!!!!

Love this Place! The people are friendly and helpful, providing great customer service. Their prices are very reasonable and Ive never had an issue with anything Ive brought to them. In fact, I took an off white wool coat to another cleaner (testing local cleaners when I moved here) and not only did they charge twice as much, the coat was not cleaned to my satisfaction. I had Cyrus Cleaners clean the same coat, and it looks new again. They have my business until I move or they close shop!
