Absolutely the best!!! I’ve been coming here and also bringing my son here for 14 years. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our hair. The owner is a master at hair cutting. He is consistent every time and very professional. Really nice guy. The shop was recently renovated and looks very nice and is always clean. Even after we moved 30 minutes away we still come here every month. I will continue to come here until I have no hair left to cut! Or he retires. 😊

My teen sons have been going to NY Star for years now, shop is impeccable, barber listens to your request, he is polite and tries to accommodate all clients with a timely manner.

Ny star my is my barber for 20 years, the barbers are professional and very clean and they know what they are doing I always leave a happy customer.

The barbershops owner seems like a really nice guy, keeps the shop clean between customers. Make sure to call ahead for an appointment to ensure a seat is open.

I love this place, I know the staff well and there nice they give cheap hair cuts and do right away I suggest to go there!

Window says walk-ins welcome. I went in ONLY for my undercut to be buzzed. I was told he was booked. Literally a 10 minute job. Take your walk-ins welcome sign down.

Been going to these guys for a while now. A few years. The guys know me, don’t just talk to me like a standard customer. After the first few hair cuts i found what I wanted and how I liked it and it’s been the same each time. It’s a good spot to get a cutt nothing fancy and gets the job done.

Fast, good service, and no rowdy music (for those of us who just want a haircut). First in, first out (for those of us not on the buddy list). Barbers dont hold a cell conversation while you are on the chair. The price is right.

Worst Hair Cut Ever. Reading positive feedback came here, but the guy who cut my hair was unprofessional, did not hear me out at all and did what he wanted. He was in hurry and gave me a horrible hair cut. Will never come back again.Save your time and money. They charge more than other barber shops.

Follow up: lesson not learned. I showed up at 6:20pm, but had door locked, opened after knocking and said you don’t have an appointment.Pricing is not cheap, but barbers are skilled at cutting hair. One of them (owner) lacks time management and communication skills. I called a few days ago at 11:45am and owner gave me a 12:30pm appointment, I showed up on the dot. Owner finished with someone at 12:45pm then took another person that was waiting cuz he was running late. He takes walk-ins and appointments. Today i walked in, owner finished with someone, two others waiting, one gets up to get cut, other says he’s a walk-in, then owner tells me that i need an appointment and writes me down for over two hours later! I mentioned the previous fiasco and he didn’t even apologize! Instead he argued with me. I walked out and will return for the scheduled appointment in a couple of hours. I will write reviews every single time he and I interact. Hoping lessons get learned
