Called to make reservation sept 20 2021 and was told I could pick up rental on Thursday at 8am. Dropped off my wrecked vehicle at body shop and got a ride an hour and a half only to be told I was not in the system and couldn’t get a rental. Customer service was 0 help but they say that calls are recorded. Funny nobody wants to go check the call!

We dropped of the vehicle on Saturday. To say they only had 2 representatives and one driver they were pretty quick in dropping us off the body shop to pick up our vehicle. Greatly appreciated.

Made reservations had someone call me back. I believe his name was Allen. (Maybe not) The call rubbed me the wrong way. He had plenty of questions. I had one, would the vehicle be available at the time I requested. He came across as annoyed with the question. Vehicle would not be ready nor did he know if he would have one. Customer service is horrible! I drove all the way to the airport and rented from Budget. Phenomenal customer service and I saved a few dollars. I will never ever rent from Enterprise Harvey. They need to do better at vetting their employees.

Alan had my mother in tears. His issues with her prevented me from renting a vehicle because it was an liability. I was able to rent but he still would not let me. He is not the friendliest guy, though he may to appear to be. I do not recommend this location if great customer service is what yourre looking for.

Rent here if you want to be provided a poorly maintained vehicle with expired license plates and made to wait an inordinate amount of time for a reservation made weeks ago.If the person responding as Owner were actually the Owner or even interested in resolving the issues they could have answered any of my many phone calls over the past two days (or ensured the reservation was set up correctly when it was booked weeks ago and the multiple phone calls attempting to get Enterprise to correct their reservation system issues). Or this person could have easily returned any of my phone calls but the Owner did none of those. My phone number is on the reservation.

I will never rent a vehicle from enterprise or refer anyone to this place. The only reason Im giving one star is because the associates were very friendly and courteous. We had to rent a vehicle here while ours was in the body shop. The 1st vehicle they assigned to us was dirty,so they brought it to the back and cleaned it. However, it would not come clean and wer refused to take that one. They offered us another vehicle that just came from the back from being cleaned. It looked like it was clean,but there was a ball of hair and a remote control in one of the door panels. After we got home with the car,we cleaned it ourselves and the towels we used to clean it showed that it in fact was never cleaned! You would think that with a pandemic going on that management would be on top of this,but they clearly arent. My wife didnt wanna get in the car at all except to return it. Hopefully, no one will get sick from the lack of management at this location....

Horrible! Best word I can use for the experience and it was capped off by finding a crack pipe under the passenger seat that me and my family discovered while driving through two states. I can only imagine what would have happened if I was stopped in Mississippi and a cop would have found it instead.

Renting and returning was fabulous. The vehicle kept giving us maintenance issues notifications, like oil was at 1%. Checked oil level ourselves and it was fine after not being able to get in contact with someone at the main office. Otherwise, great service and great vehicle

During Covid I will not ride public transportation and I’m between cars right now. Enterprize on Lapalco Boulevard has been a lifesaver. They are very nice respectful gentlemen they pick me up and drop me off and they keep me in the hottest 2020 rides. My only complaint is everyone else likes them so much they don’t have cars 🚘 🚗 !!!!

Mike and the staff go above and beyond for Customer Service! We left something in the car we rented, and turned it in. Called Mike and they contacted the person who rented the car after us, then went to the location of the car, then gave us back what we left in the car! Thats Customer Service that they didnt have to do! Much Appreciated Enterprise Car Rental!

I love that Enterprise took the social distancing seriously. Their customer servicing was superb!! It was a 30 minute wait, as they had to clean the cars thoroughly but it was worth the wait. The manager Mike & his other employee were very professional, patient, and nice!

I would have given them a 5 but they get a tick for not assigning the promised car at the time the reservation was taken.

Customer service was great! We had to return our first car because is smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a smoke free vehicle. We got a new car no vehicle no problem. Drop off after hours was easy!

I began my association with Enterprise nearly 10 years ago while living in Tyler, Texas. I retired from my job and moved back to Marrero last year and now have the pleasure of doing business with Enterprise in Harvey. I do business there at least once a month and have come to know many of the staff by name. The staff is extremely attentive to my needs. I require rides to and from the facility and the take care of this task in a prompt and courteous manner. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone in need of this service. It is not often that I do business at a place that makes me feel like family but that is exactly how it feels at Enterprise Harvey location.

I made a reservation at 9:30 3 days prior to pick up my rental... Due to Covid we were asked to wait outside which is understandable. I get here at 9:25. Then get put on a “wait list” and they said they’ll let me know when my car’s ready. Initially I’m already annoyed because I was dropped off here(with luggage) and got put on a wait list when I scheduled an appointment.I waited an hour PATIENTLY,outside, in the rain for a car before I asked an associate what was going on. Mike was really nice and was apologetic. But this was unacceptable. To make an appointment for a certain time. Only to stand outside in the rain with luggage for a car. This was not a good experience AT ALL to say the very least.

Terrible. Had a reservation time to pick up a car and after calling ahead of time to make sure a car would be available was told when I arrived that they do not have a car. Its first come first serve here. Was told that Im welcome to wait. Now have to order another Lyft to bring me somewhere else.

The 5-star rating was not given for Enterprise rather for their employees working under very difficult circumstances. A shortage of personnel and a shortage of cars, all transacted on the sidewalk is a very tough job to look forward to every morning. Thank you all for a smooth rental and a job well done.

Tire was low when I got it and needed and oil change which explains my numerous trips to the gas station for one day of use.. they need to maintain these vehicles better

The best car rental experience ever is at Enterprise in Harvey, Louisiana. The rental process is quick and easy, the staff are friendly and extremely professional. Last month I had to rent a car almost every week due to my personal car being in the shop. As a result, Ive had to visit Enterprise on several occasions, so much so, that the staff now know me by name. All staff are courteous and go out of their way to assist, including the guy who maintains the care of the vehicles. On one occasion, I had to be brought back to work by this guy after dropping off a car at Enterprise during my lunch time and had not eaten lunch. When I asked the young man would he mind stopping at a nearby Subway before dropping me off, he said, sure with a smile on his face and without hesitation. Thats the true definition of customer service. You can use your debit card with a few documentation verified and be on your way. Rental fees are low and they have a variety of vehicles to select from. I would highly recommend this Enterprise location. Thank you for a great, no-hassle experience every time I rent a car. I look forward to my next rental with Enterprise.

It took me 3 hours and 2 days to get my rental it is a nice looking car runs pretty good, Just thanking God I finally got a car, the young lady who helped me was very sweet

The team at the LaPalco location was stellar, everyone that dealt with me was professional and polite. That location is/was very busy at the times I was there, however, everyone that I came in contact with was great!!!

I have used Enterprise as my “go to” company for many years. I do not have a need to rent often but when I do this is the company I use. My recent experience was a good one. Representatives were busy but friendly. I was in and out in timely manner. Upon returning my rental, it was an even better process...in and out and done.

This was the second time I have rented a vehicle from enterprise in Harvey. Both times, I had an appointment to arrive at a specific time and both times, I had to wait an hour to pick up my vehicle. Why have appointment times if you dont have vehicles there available for pick up. Both times, I was still that they were waiting for vehicles to be brought in. This last time, as I waited outside since you cannot wait inside due to their covid practices, I noticed that vehicles were being immediately returned to to a loose bumper, a back seat that wouldnt stay closed, extreme odor, service lights flashing on the dash. In all of these cases the customers were asked to keep the vehicles in these conditions all of them refused of course and each person had to wait a very long time for a replacement. The young lady that works there had a sour disposition both when I was picking up and dropping off. I have rented from enterprise in Gretna and also at the enterprise at the airport before and I have never had a bad experience as I have had here. You cant blame covid either because the first time I used the Harvey location was pre covid.

Tyrone and Kevin were wonderful as well as the other young man whos family was from to Temecula, I forgot his name and the guy who drove us home. They were all professional, kind, informative and provided great customer service which is rare these days. I rent from enterprise often and this was my best experience by far!!!

I always get my car from here! I actually live in Gretna but I prefer to drive the extra mile because I know I will get the best service. They always take care of me when I get my car. I have also seen the staff deal with rude customers and I cannot tell you how well they turn it into a good situation, even when it is not enterprises fault. Keep it up guys!

I rented a full size car for 1 week from the Harvey, LA location. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ! I received the car with a cigarette smoke smell. I had to use my air freshener to spray and keep in the car for use. I am certain whoever rented that car before I did, smoked in the car despite no smoking policy.. I requested a pick up at least 30 minutes before my pick up time. As time went by, I called again and was someone was on their way and they should be there shortly. It is now 30 minutes after my pick up time, am done no way arrived to pick me up. I found a ride to the location and was very very upset and asked why didn’t know one pick me up after being told someone was on their way. They. couldn’t answer the question but apologized. About 7 minutes later received a call from someone telling me they was outside my house to pick me up. I hung up on them . They was 45 minutes too late. I live 5 minutes from this location. This location has gone down. I rent from this location all the time but noticed changes . I have never had a problem with pick up in the past.

I needed a rental car and the staff made this a very efficient and painless experience. On the day I picked the vehicle up the agent was courteous and professional and I found the same to be true when I returned the rental to this location. The location was slow on the Wednesday morning that I was there to pick up my vehicle but be advised that it was very busy Monday afternoon for the return. The high volume of traffic might be due to Thanksgiving or other weekend events in NOLA but if this is the norm come earlier if possible; I was there about 4 p.m. and there was definitely a line. Nevertheless, the staff was very professional and moved us along as quickly as possible but probably could have benefited from an extra agent. Overall, great experience and would use this location again for my rental needs.

While the service was adequate, the refund of my deposit was not. It should not take 1 to 3 business days to receive a refund, and this was not a function of my bank as they verified they had to wait for the refund to post from Enterprise. In the future I think you should at least give a verbal advisory on the amount of time a refund will take. It feels like you have my money held hostage for the privilege of using your company so the next time I will use another company.

Booking online was easy. They had the best prices out of the all the competitors and lots of options. I was supposed to pick up my car at 7:30am. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was helped immediately. My car was clean and ready to go. It was so new and exactly what I needed for my trip. I was on the road in 15 minutes. Returning the car was just as easy. I didn’t even go in they came out and met me at the car when I pulled up. I just went inside and signed the paperwork. I would definitely rent from them again.

The service was excellent I had a huge problem and Gerald Brown the manager made it happen..... flew in from Chicago to to drive to mobile to see my son play bb and he really took great care of me. It took a very long time to receive car upon pick up. Was told by an employee that he thought someone was washing and cleaning car prior to me receiving it but it was not being cleaned.

It was a good thing I had my confirmation number as I called my pick up location & they had totally different info on my rental. I called the corporate office with my confirm number & they had it perfectly matched. The excuse from the clerk from the pick up location was that their system had not updated recently; that would be fine except that I placed the order 2 weeks before. Every year we rent 2 vans for vacation & every time there always seems to be an issue. Customer service over the phone is lacking.

Great experience from reservation to completion of my transaction. I had to extend my car rental from 1week to 3 weeks and I was painless. The staff was inviting, courteous, and knowledgable. I will definitely be using this neighborhood Enterprise for all my rental needs.

Although we had some system issues when we were trying to rent the car, everything else went as planned. We enjoyed the comfort and space we had in the rental. We always use enterprise for our family vacations and have never had any issues.

I always rent my car from Enterprise. Theyou are conveniently located, the representative are friendly and professional, I like the way they offer you a ride home when you return the car. There was no problem with the car. It was clean and full of gas and they offer even there gas that was less expensive than the going price (that is unusual). I am in the process of disputing the escalated price I was charged for a monthly car rental. I was given a old Cherokee Patriot with an expired license plate that wreaked of marijuana upon receipt of the vehicle . I paid $1400 debit upon rental agreement there was no mention of insurance. While receiving my keys it was suggested that I try Enterprise insurance for two weeks and I could remove it at any time if I chose to, so I tried the insurance. I decided to keep the insurance to be on safe side. I received a call from Brian the store manager a week before the rental was due back demanding a payment the car or he was calling the police. They said I had an outstanding balance it didnt matter that my rental contract wasnt over they wanted money now. I spoke to Brians manager whom gave me three additional days to come up with a bundle of cash. I paid what I could on the bill and begged to be allowed to pay the breast at the end of the contract as I was planning to do per conversation upon renting the car. Nonetheless, I was put out of my rental early and no price adjustment was made. I was bullied out of their rental car and charged as if I had the car full contract. To make matters worse I went to a competitors establishment and rented a car the next day for a fraction of what I was charged at Enterprise. I was sick of the stomach at my experience at Enterprise. This was my first rental experience so I took everything they said in the beginning at face value. These people are not to be trusted. They are corporate mobsters literally stealing money from unsuspecting customers and are arrogant and insulting towards those that challenge their unethical business practices. I was charged $2100 total for a 26 day rental. They say I owe them $470. I am disputing this they owe me if anything. I have a brand new SUV rental at present that is costing me $900 for the month with insurance. I am truly disgusted at the way I was literally ripped off by this company.

The Harvey, LA Enterprise staff was remarkable. They are courteous and accommodating. I will be back to rent a car with them.

My car was totaled in a major wreck. I have no family here. Of course, Enterprise picked me up but did so the very next day after the accident.The young gentleman that picked me up was so kind. He knew how to have a conversation and make me feel at ease.Upon arrival, I saw the Roll Tide sign and felt God led me there. Its rare to find another Bama fan here and this put me more at ease. Aaron at the branch took care of me in fine fashion. Asked if I was ok and got me into a reliable vehicle.I want to mention that everyone in this office is Gorgeous! The men & women are extremely professional and dressed to impress. Hair, clothes, demeanor; theyre really doing it right on Lapalco! The Total Package!Im making a new vehicle selection soon however I want to thank you thank you for an excellent experience and having one less thing to worry over.Much continued success to you (:

Enterprise employees are always great. Would rate a 5, but they charged me a transfer fee, when I they were out of cars at my desired location. I actually did them a favour by returning a car to the airport and they charged me $40 extra

We have used this location about four times over the last seven years. Never for vacation, but a rental for one of our cars being damaged in a wreck. Previously, the customer service was five star; exceptional due to the fact that insurance rentals are their preferred customers (longer rentals with guaranteed payment I have been told). Quality has steadily fallen off. This time was less than a star. Our insurance sent over the information for a standard size. Both enterprise and our insurance company show similar cars within that class on both websites. The Harvey location does NOT honor that and will put you in what is clearly described as a compact or economy on their own website. When confronted with this information we were told they dont usually have many cars in that size. Lets rewind. Standard class. Webster defines the word standard as accepted as normal or average. So, they have small cars, really small cars, big cars, and really big cars, but nothing in the middle. Oh wait I was told they have a corolla, cruise and Sentra. Dont know anyone that considers any of those a normal size card. Neither does those car manufactures either.While trying to navigate the falsehoods presented to us another customer pulled up with a dog in the car and then came in with it. The non service dog was allowed to parade around the waiting area, climbing from seat to seat, and greet every other customer without a concern of their owners and with apparent approval from all enterprise employees. I have a beautiful 4 month old puppy that I may take their this weekend so he too can frolic around the waiting area chairs and lick unsuspecting ankles.This is our last time using them and possibly for all enterprise, unless of course we are looking for an abnormal rental due to the abundance of this market, or if the petting pen at the zoo is closed.

These people are absolutely ridiculous they make you run around to other enterprises when u have a scheduled reservation with them. I had a reservation for 5.30pm and then they tell me they don’t have it. Instead of them working to get the car they make you look historical like you are lying about a reservation. They all are a complete joke they talk to you like they are giving you the car for free. I would never rent from enterprise but unfortunately its what my insurance provides. I will definitely be contacting higher management.

The staff is awesome! I had a problem with my rental car, but they really took care of me as a result. Thats what really matters if you encounter a problem. Its all about how its handled and if they make you feel valued as a customer. They did exactly that.

You cant go wrong with enterprise, they are in buisness with national car rental, so you can drop your car at any place you want with out paying extra fees.Before you rent a car always, always, always check your car for dents and scratches, because if you miss it they will try and charge you for someone elses dent or scratches, if you see damage make sure they make a note of it before you drive off, now the difference between the two is that enterprise checks cars like a hawk looking for dents while national checks but not like a hawk. The other thing to watch is the gas levels, always bring it back at the same level you pick it up at. Over all you cant beat the service at enterprise or national rent a car ! One last thing, as demand goes up for rental cars the price goes up.

I have rented from you guys before and this first time I have experienced picking up a car that was so filthy. There was spills and dirt all over the car. I even tried to return the car within two hours of picking it up and was charged like I had hat it for a whole day. This was the worst experience ever.

Their service was excellent except for the driver that drove me home. He stayed on his phone texting while driving. Putting both of our lives in danger. I had to tell him twice when the light turned green from being red.
