My wife and I recently purchased a home that smelled like an old smoking hotel room. The HVAC inspection showed that there was mold and cigarette tar in the ducts. We got Troy to come out to clean the duct work. Combined with professional carpet cleaning (Burns & Allens Flooring) and some interior painting (JR Painting), the house no longer has even the faintest trace of a cigarette odor. The air coming out of the ducts is clean and fresh smelling. We are very pleased with Troys work and recommend him.

In addition to the duct cleaning, they made some improvements to our duct system to reduce potential for mold growth, including the addition of UV filters.
