We had hardwood floors and vinyl floors purchased and installed by LL Flooring. Customer service was excellent and the install went smoothly. The floors are beautiful! I would highly recommend!

Absolutely piss poor customer service from the corporate level after I had multiple problems. Never call back, managers are always “in meetings” when you need to speak with them, their case workers don’t respond, their sample floors don’t match the actual floors (in my case) which is false advertising, and many other issues. just all around horrible company. I do give props to the I store managers and the Hartford location, very helpful and kind. Their corporate level should take notes.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Avoid this store and company at all costs. I placed an order for 430 square feet of hardwood flooring back in August 2020 and used the LL Flooring credit card. After waiting a month and receiving no phone call about my order status, I called the Hartford, CT store and was told it was coming late December 2020. December came and went with no status update. I called in January 2021 and was told it was another month out.Long story short - it is now May 2021 and I am still waiting for my floor! I find it absolutely ridiculous that I have to call for status updates. Management should be reaching out to customers on a normal basis if orders are significantly delayed. Also, numerous times I have called the store and have left messages with the sales associates to have the store manager give me a call back with an update. Those messages never come through and it is myself that has to follow up multiple times.Lastly, the worst part of this situation is that the flooring has been charged and paid in full. Talk about fraudulent business practice - how can you make customers pay for products before they actually have the products in hand??? Your time and money is best spent anywhere else than here!!!

If youre looking for flooring check out lumber liquidators. They have a great selection with staff that knows about flooring. Prices are better than the big box stores.

Horrible Customer Service! Continuously lied to about shipping / delivery dates, trucks that didnt exist with our flooring order on it, given free white glove delivery to the room the floor was being installed, only to be lied to once again by Matt,(who is apparently a supervisor), and then told, you can call corporate if you have a problem with them leaving it in the garage! Well.....Ive now been on hold with corporate for 10 min. Matt shouldnt be in charge of anyone or anything until he realizes what customer service actually is. I have purchased from this store multiple times, but apparently my busineess isnt important to them. Goodbye Lumber Liquidators.......

Super friendly staff. Great communication skills. Great products/pricing. Only downside is the lack of curb appeal. Odd location and lots of debris (packing straps, styro, etc.) outside.

All the trim was damaged or chipped. Customer service rep was good, but product quality was lacking

I promised a 6 star review, and if I could give it I would! These guys were fantastic. They had no sales pressure, answered all my questions, had what I needed IN STOCK and ready to take home on the spot. They made my day! After schlepping from store to store (after a big box store couldn’t make good on a promise,) I went to these guys on a hope and a prayer 45 min before closing. Walked out with a new floor and for a fraction of what I planned to pay! So so happy!!!

I wish the company had more flooring. It seems like they do until you get specific. Then its like 5 varieties that meet your durability standards.Beyond that. The staff here is awesome. Young guys who are professional, polite and helpful! They have a great sense of humor and know their stuff! I felt like they understood exactly what we needed and will definitely get out floors done through them.

Did not have the products that they listed online as available

We pirchased hand-scraped hickory from them in 2015. Within a few months of their team installing it, the wood was splitting in multiple areas. We did exactly as instructed - left the flooring in the boxes in the room it would be installed in with the time required.After speaking with multiple representatives from corporate, they offered to bribe me with a $500.00 store credit in exchange for keeping my mouth closed about the incident. This complete negates any warranty they offer. Needless to say, I didn’t say sign documents nor did they come to replace the flooring. We ended up moving a few towns over a year later but, in good conscious, could never recommend this company to anyone. I have no idea how they’re still in business.

Friendly staff that is eager to help. Little bit of a headache getting my flooring installed (between the installer not measuring for enough trim, etc.) but the staff was glad to help with this and they consistently reached out to the contractor who was installing the floor.

I was skeptical at first, not based on anything Ive ever heard, but I didnt view Lumber Liquidators as a legitimate place. When a local place quoted me $6,000 for laminate flooring I was determined to look elsewhere. That brought me to Lumber Liquidators where I met Carlos, the assistant manager. The whole shopping process from beginning to end was very simple, straightforward, and I did not feel pressured or harassed throughout the buying process. I am still finishing the details regarding the installation, but Carlos was also able to put me in touch with a local installer gave me a great quote and well be doing the install. Definitely will return for future projects!

I have used lumbar liquidators many times. Never a bad experience. No sales pitch, no pressure and always great customer service. A great place to buy hardwood flooring.

Helpful staff. I got my baseboards here way cheaper than anywhere else. Selection for baseboards isnt as wide as Home Depot/Lowes, but its like 1/7th the price.

So far I am very concerned. After taking my $25 deposit over the week before last and at least three call to the company, I still have not received a call from the installer who is supposed to come out and measure for us. This is not a good way to treat a customer. Im very disappointed.

Specials and clearance items change at least weekly. Sometimes their stock includes shorter boards but you cant compete with the prices. The quality is the same youll find at much higher prices elsewhere.
