After bring in three different cars. The last one was nothing but trash work. At that time the manager was out for some time. Left his son in charge not a good decision when I received after 5 hour wait my car windows were so dirty you couldn’t see! I let him know he offered a free detail. I left the windows closed for five days. After that I gave it a good cleaning and you could see smudges on the window the lines were not cut straight we’re all crooked there was a tiny hole in one and my back passenger when you would put the window down would make a noise. When I brought it back to them they said it was the thing inside my window whatever you call that long story short a month later it’s starts peeling.I finally go back today from my warranty and this is the great work that they did they gave me different colorsIs this even 5%Never will I return

I had my car windows tint. I made an appointment for Thursday and noon. I got there at 12noon I was told to pick up the car in 2 1/2 hr later. when I went back to pickup the car he was finishing and I had to wait a extra 10 mins. it was Ok. I was very happy with the service and the attention that I got from the staff. Very professional. I will recommend the place to anyone.

It took a lot longer then anticipated but the quality in the tint and the technology behind the cutting of the tint leaves flawless lines and finish. They have a machine thats programed to cut the tint so theres no cutting on the car at all. Ive been coming here for years and recommend them to everyone. Thanks again for the great job. Another tint and audio company that promises the world to get your money and dont deliver. Stay away from this place. go to air tight tint on garden and homestead. Much better experience quality work from people that actually know what they are doing, and prices reasonable. Dont get robbed go somewhere else!

My boyfriend bring his car back 3 times for the very very poor tinting job they did...still messy dont ever go there 😢..have to take car else where..was so disappointed didnt even feel the courage to go bk inside...just took car nd leave...NOT GOOD

Shadiest place Ive ever dealt with! Performed a horrible job and refuse to take responsibility for their poor work. I live 45 minutes away and have driven here 4x... made an appointment to supposedly have entire job redone. In the end I got a bunch of excuses as to why they couldnt do it over. Bottom line, get ur windows done ANYWHERE BUT HERE. they dont keep their word. Sad shame we cant support local businesses.If you want to spin that story I have ur text and the pics.. we know the truth no matter how u try to spin it. The proof is in the windows.Nikki you should be ashamed of yourself. Vacuuming, my roof, the age of my car none of that contributed to those air bubbles ... how many times have you changed the story??? Did you say you would do the job over? Did you feed me a different story? Do you stand by the quality of the condition of my Windows? If this is Action Audios best I hate to see u at your worst. Ive been very pleasant and patient w the situation. I hope the $149 Is worth your integrity. You got out of redoing the job I hope its good for business.

The remote car starter kit (with installation) I purchased through a Groupon for $199 cost $34 at Walmart and comes with 2 Key Fobs. Action Audio Store only gave me one fob AND the remote starter was not set up to perform all of the functions (lock, unlock doors) the way it was designed.To summarize, they take the 2nd remote starter key fob and the door locking module out of the box that you ALREADY PAID FOR and offer to sell them to you as extra modules for an additional $40 each! Do you research first before doing business with this shady company!

Very unprofessional. Have people that dont really know how to tint and just end up doing a bad job to then give you a hard time to get it fixed.

The owner was very rude and dont know how to talk to people, I simply ask him a question and he goes off saying its my business I run it how I please. Plus other things even one of his workers was amazed by what he said.

Alright let me start off by saying i liked their customer service! but they are not honest!!!!! i bought a brand new car, never been worked on before and no one has ever been inside the hood to do any form of work!! i went to this place and got a combo remote start+alarm system.it worked fine when they were done and took my car to my house! the next night i was coming from work and boom my car shut off on me a block away from my house, check engine light and everything came on my dashboard. i had to call a mechanic when he came and checked it out he realized that when action audio installed the systems in my car they didnt reconnect something that they removed to do their work and when i contacted them they totally denied it and didnt want to take responsibility for their action!!! i would never reccommend anyone to go there,staying the hell away from this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Action Audio Store said that their hours are Monday-Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday by appointment. You can find stereo systems in your car.

My appt was for 9 was told I will have my car at 11.30 got a call that their a little behind I have to pick the car up at 12:30. Half a hour over still no car

Dont do good job .. after spending over 1,200 on a car radio and installation of a alarm, still having trouble with both.... went back over 6 time to these problem fix the attitude really bad and not professional.
