Staff is very friendly. Maria is such a great person. Her personality and the way she interacts with customers is unexplainable. Facilities are wonderful, very well protected and clean. I definitely would recommend this UHaul to all friends and family.

Scheduled a 9am appointment to have a tow hitch installed. I arrived early. After waiting an hour my car still had not been attended to. I asked an employee what the schedule was looking like and was told it would be another two hours. This is beyond disrespectful. I scheduled my day around this. No one bothered to update me. I had an appointment and you are 3 hours behind schedule?!?? They expected me to sit for 3+ hours like it was nothing. Imagine running a business like this.

Nice clean place all types of things for storage. They treat you and talk to you with respect. And they deliver the bins to your house and pick it up when you are ready.

I went to get a hitch attached to my car the experience was great the office manager Maria and the coworkers Ashley and Tristan were great they take care of there customers answered everyone’s questions and we’re very friendly thank you for your services and the amazing staff

No communication! Good intentions but very poor results! Leave a vehicle all day for hitch install and at 400 say a problem etc. Never again! Plus details expressed early just disregard etc. Simply unprofessional! I wouldnt recommend at least this particular uhaul to anyone! Not for hitch install!🤒

Would give a zero star if I could. Called inquiring about a previous rental and was rudely hung up on by the manager Naomi ! Would not recommend go see Kevin at captiol Ave location !!!!

Horrible experience...made a reservation online, came to pickup the truck on time and nobody at the store knew anything about the reservation. Ended up sitting at the store an extra hour while they put us in for a new reservation. We finally got the truck and left, came back next day to return it and they charged me to clean the truck (inside and out) mind you I was not aware of having to clean the truck because they forgot to mention that while we were renting it at the counter and signing everything, but they hilighted everything else that was important like refilling the gas tank. Now they are keeping my deposit, I will never do business with this Uhaul again, save yourself the headache and go to the capital ave location or go with another company, the workers here dont know what theyre doing and now Im out of a deposit and have to dispute everything. And to top it all off, the cashier told us its common sense to clean the truck out, well isnt common sense to let your customers know in the first place? Total nightmare when all your trying to do is move your stuff.

I had a great experience with these guys, the guy who helped me was very nice and gave me all the info I needed, the truck was super clean and worked perfectly (it only had 60k+ miles on it), and the price was competitive. Would use them again.

Louis is very accommodating and goes out of his way to make customers satisfied.

What a joke. They didnt have the truck we reserved. Had us drive to another uhaul to pick up the truck, all to find out they didnt have a truck for us either. Would not help us at all. The lady said I cant stand here on hold to help you. Ended up going to Penske who jumped through hoops to helps us. We had people waiting at our house to help us move. Never going to uhaul again. Thank you PENSKE. YOU SAVED US.
