They gossip too much. Taking up peoples time. Its not fair how they treat people. I was standing in front of them to get information but I felt like a ghost. They need to practice better people skills.

Wic office located in main St Hartford is the worst ever they are disrespectful not everyone that goes in to youre office is uneducated, they treated me like I was a delinquent from the street the lady didnt even let me finish my questions, she told that she did not have time to answer my questions and that was too busy I was there for an hour just to change an appointment. She was screaming at me in front of all the other mothers there, I am never going back there.

Always running behind schedule. Some staff are knowledgeable and encouraging and others need to pursue a different career.

Hate when they give you an appointment at a certain time and end up calling you half hour later. Always gossiping instead of hurrying up and doing their job. And one of the ladies in the back on her phone. No wonder they take so long. How hard it is to speed up the process?

They are ok. In the aafternoon they always running slow. They give you an appointment and you wont get seen until an hour later.
