The office needs a little improvement with the staff working there. I’m not sure who is supposed to contact me regarding my appointments for wic but they always seem to call PAST the time we originally made the appointment for. When you email or call them it’s a little slower than imaginable. This place is kinda unprofessional in my opinion.

What a wonderful group of people at the Hartford WIC office. I have never waited more than 20 minutes and that was on a WALK-IN. The staff are very friendly, courteous and super helpful. They want us to receive these amazing benefits and make sure we get to take full advantage of this amazing benefit and privileged. Thanks to all of the staff in Hartford office. You make such a difference.

So slow, wic clients would be waiting in the lobby while the staff would be having a chat inside. They do not value other people time, their service is horrible. Also it doesnt matter what time is your appointment, a lady came in a few minutes before me but my appointment was before hers, note i wasnt late at all but i was told that appointment time doesnt matter, so they helped her first.

No point in having an appointment they see you whenever they feel like it. An appointment that should take a half hour the most, turns into a 3 hr thing. And in regards to their employees most of them are nice accept one lady shes horrible. Extremely rude!! This location needs some improvements.

They never answere the phone. Im always having problems with my wic card .

This location has a private breastfeeding area. Nice play area in lobby. The public restroom on the first floor lobby needs renovations because it looks dirty when its clean. Most Employees their are very nice and helpful. But their are some who seem to not like their job. I caught the supervisor being rude to their office employees, having a conversation about their work ethics that should have been meant for when families arent present smh. On Busy days they seem stressed out and at times their us an extremely long wait time & waiting with your child In a small room is challenging. Also their open 2 Saturdays a month, have appointed walk-in days, and you can claim cancelled appointments everyday if you call between 8-9 am.

Receptionist is a rude woman who can care less who you are and employees rather hurry and push you out than anything else.
