I have been having delivery issues for several months now. i am missing my Sunday paper at least once or twice a month and all i get when i call is someone from the Philippines this is outrageous. i need to let everyone know about the poor customer service from the Hartford Courant. Let me know if anyone else is having these issues.

Just like all the new stations in Connecticut. The Hartford current has gone far left and lost all perspective. Terrible newspaper. One sided. Can’t resist insulting the president. Shame on them

The Courant has drifted too far left. Once in a while, I wont get a paper delivered. When I call, the person guarantees me that Ill get a copy delivered, however, the few times this has happened, Ive never received a paper.

Mostly bad very bad journalism. Strongly manipulating falsely angle going to only one direction that maintains anger and stress in people every day life.

Prices very high

Charged my card after canceling. Spent 20 minutes arguing with girl to cancel as she kept trying to get me not to cancel. Paper was only delivered 75% of the time to boot. There customer service has ensured I will never restart my subscription

If I could of given 0 stars I would of. I ordered the paper for somebody who is incarcerated. They never received the paper I paid $32 and then they got a statement from a collection agency for $13 for papers they never received so I paid the $13 this paper is horrible do not order it whatsoever bad customer service they dont return phone calls or emails

This place is garbage. The girl running receiving apparently cant handle the job, was very rude and running around like a chicken with her head cut off.
