The best place to wash for me. Their industrial machines does a great job and thoroughly wash my cloth. The young attendant was a great help with assisting as well. ❤ to do my laundry there... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🙂

Even though it was packed I was still able to find multiple machines to use and its clean its my #1 laundry mat

Hi Andy,I am unsure on why you give your customers hangers that say We love our customers when your service is anything but.Your dry cleaners damaged my jacket and I am asking for it to be repaired. I am not sure why this is seems like such an extraneous request to you but I honestly hope it was worth it the $40 it saved you from having the jacket rebuttoned and issuing a refund.As someone who wears a suit to work daily, and my colleagues wear suits as well, I have let them know to totally avoid Top Kat Laundromats for their dry cleaning needs. I will also refuse to come here for any more business in the future and will be leaving negative reviews to warn people about the terrible service Ive received. Perhaps this will help improve your service model to your customer that trust you with their clothing. Not too mention that the clothing even came back late!Once again I have truly disappointed in the stalling, if you wish to discuss this, you have my phone number.Best,Nathan

Horrendous service. They take no responsibility for the damage they cause on clothing. I would not recommend this location to anyone unless you’re ready to pay for their mistakes.I strongly urge for people to reconsider going to this location.

Very clean establishment. Kind attendant. Air conditioned. Washers and Dryers are top notch.

It got expensive to wash real quick. The drying is not technically free. You only get a certain amount of free drying with a certain amount of washing. After that you have to pay for the drying.

Cheap big loader the only bad thing is theres only one of them. The thing is its 20 minute wait which isnt long but 20 mins is the clothes really getting clean. Hmmm

It was horrible the lady working Monday nights didnt care about helping anyone to busy talking on the phone. Left for a few and she removed my clothes from the washer if any of my belonging would have been stolen it would have to be refunded back to me. Worst employee bad for your business Im a regular and she had been the worst so far.

This place is 24 hours of day. Also, there is a tv that you can watch. And finally, they have a lot of machines that you can use.

Do not go there. Turned our white load of laundry blue when put in the dryer which Ruined everything. When confronted the lady in the front she wouldnt give her name or any information to make a complaint but claimed she was the manager. She stated the machines are cleaned every night but this blue stuff was on the machine for awhile because she couldnt get it off. Be warned.
