I came in because I felt like I was asking everyone to repeat themselves. They gave me an easy hearing test, clear results, and the tools to rebuild my hearing. I cant recommend this enough to anyone who is having trouble hearing. The staff was professional and compassionate.

My husband needed new hearing aids after his were about 5 years old. From the minute we walked into Beltone at Bishops Corner, West Hartford we knew that this was going to be the place we should be at. Regina Bromley is the best. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she explained things about hearing and the anatomy of the ear drum so clearly and so we could understand it. One added bonus of Regina. Her southern accent is so wonderful, we cant help wanted to stay well over our appointment time, so we could hear her speak. She is so easy to listen to. Her southern ways of welcoming you is so fresh. An absolute pleasure to listen to her. The service is so personal and Sam at the front desk is just as welcoming - She calls to remind us of our appointment. The whole experience was top notch!!!!!

Gina was so professional and so very helpful in helping me get my hearing aids. She has been available by phone and follow up appointments are easy to get. I appreciate her so much.

Came with my wife after measurements and visit my wife have an ear infection very severe AVOID THIS PLACE Communication is very poor place is always closed This kind of practice need to be closed permanently!!!!
