Nice guy but very bad communication and service. Kept my computer for 8 weeks, never called me one time, I had to call to get updates. Never received an explanation as to why the delay. Took 9 days to even look at my comp, another 2 weeks to order my parts from China, took another 3 weeks to get the parts. Needed keyboard replaced, new screen for my laptop and a cable to it. Also he said he fixed a registry error. I finally called into week 8, for the 8th time, and requested my comp back. The only things fixed out of the list above was my keyboard. Had to buy a separate monitor just to use my computer. Had the nerve to charge me full price and as he put it for all his labor. Estimated by two other repair professionals, that actual amount of time probably spent for what was done on my comp was maybe 5 hours worth of work. Charged me $120 which included the keyboard. People told me this is highly unusual for him. I wouldnt know for sure. Like I said he seemed a friendly guy, maybe something unusual was going on that was none of my business but what little info he did offer me clearly came across as excuses and that he knew he should be in contact with me. I would have preferred he just be honest and said he was unable to work on my computer as soon as he knew that he couldnt get it done in a reasonable amount of time.
