Marcus was very thorough in explaining options and did not try to sell us services we really didn’t need. We appreciated the black light search and “sniff tests” for pet urine spots and his realistic advice. Would recommend and hire again.

Marcus did a great job on the carparts and vinyl flooring at our metal fabrications plant. The floors had gone may, many years without any care and he stripped and waxed the vinyl and deep cleaned several times, the caprets. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. Marcus was extremely professional and transparent with his recommendations. I had several problem areas, and I am so very pleased with the results. I have used traditional carpet cleaning many times in the past, and nothing has compared to this. Another 5 stars for Natures Care Chem-Dry! We shopped for carpet cleaners and researched the info on Chem-Dry and liked the idea of their process. Then we saw all of the great reviews Marcus from Natures Care received so we called Marcus and set up an appointment to clean all our carpets. We had not been very satisfied with the other cleaning companies we had dealt with in the past whether is was wet soggy carpets that took hours to dry, smelly highly perfumed cleaning agents that made our eyes water, or cleaners that never even SHOWED UP for their scheduled appointment with us! So we gave Marcus a shot! What a great experience. Great person who truly cared about what we needed and wanted to do with the carpets, efficient, polite, and he did a great job on our carpets. They were clean and almost dry when he was done and there was no heavy perfume smell. Everything just smelled clean and fresh. Marcus has cleaned the carpets in our whole house over the past month. He did 8 rooms, 2 sets of stairs, a couple hallways & the area rug in our kitchen. Everything turn out wonderful. I would highly recommend him. My carpets haven’t been cleaned in quite a few years with spots in some of the rooms that I don’t even know what they were. Marcus got all the spots out. I asked Marcus to come do the high traffic areas in my living room and bedroom where they take a beating. The bedroom especially where our naughty dogs dont always make it through the night. He made it look like new again which was my wifes comment. He also gave two silk hallway runners a once over (bonus) which my wife also noticed immediately since she was gone during his visit. Fast, courteous, got there when he said he would. I would not hesitate to have him back.
