DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH, unless you want damage to your car that they wont fix. It happened to me. The car wash caused damage to the bottom of my car as I was pulling in and busted my fog light bulb and the manager Mark rudely told me that it didnt happen when I know that it did. He basically called me a liar to my face like Im trying to get my car fixed for free. Very unprofessional. And of course they say theres nothing they can see on camera? What cameras are you all looking at because clearly theres damage. They use that excuse as a cop out. If you ever go to this car wash and it damages your car dont expect good customer service and definitely dont expect them to take responsibility when the responsibility is theres. Its not worth it!

The wash was advertised to me by the employee as partially done by hand and only that first time did two employees scrub down my rims like I was told to request every other time there was only one employee and he refused to do both sides. There are many homeless or poverty stricken people waiting for you when you get out of the car wash so they can help you dry your car and then they ask to get paid.

Honestly I never really leave bad reviews but they have let this place go to hell taking the money and running!! Everyday theres something wrong with something the place is dirty all the hoses are too short basically to go around if you have even a medium size car honestly very disappointing I own several cars and always go there I have to say Im about done theyre not willing to invest in anything so Im not willing to invest in their services anymore, even the automatics they have theres bungee cords and all kinds of stuff holding stuff together and its just not kept up, sorry but true.

Horrible car wash, even touchless. This establishment machines does not air dry off vehicles . There are no signs to indicate that no air vents are available to dry the exterior of your car in any of the bays. NEVER AGAIN !!!!When you exit the bay there are a couple of guys trying to make a coin to dry your vehicle off. Cant knock the hustle....but they do not work for the car wash . So if you happen to get multiple scratches on your whip, they will not be responsible !!!!

No drying at the touchless car wash bay after 11am because of noise? Whats a wash without proper drying? Maybe you should inform customers BEFORE they go into the touchless bay. Water spots for days. Skip this location if youre looking to get a touchless car wash

Went one day for a drive through car wash price is somewhere between 5 to 6 dollars + tax. I did not know charging tax would bring the price to almost 9 dollars and some change I pulled out as soon as I had the chance and washed my car at another car wash with reasonable price. Be careful with who charges you!!!!

My favorite carwash in hartford, my car always leaves with a shine and i never have a bad time getting space to vacuum....they also provide armor all wipes for dashboards and any vinyl, along with cloth towels to dry your car

Fine for what its meant for: automatic, self-service & attendant washes. The prices are average. The traffic can get rediculous, especially in nice weather, but thats mostly due to customers not using sound judgement. Also, having singles on hand is advisable since the automatic machines only dispense dollar coins as change. Oh, & watch out when exiting! The drop on the apron is way too steep.

Affordable car wash, but equipment is outdated. Place is always packed on the weekends. Great car wash for a quick rinse and vacuum.

Good prices however avoid Fridays and Saturdays they are usually packed!
