Well...it wasnt your fault really. Our business had some gift cards dropped off by someone who claimed to be the owner. Our Manager handed them out to us that same day along with a $5 McDonalds gift card. The value didnt matter, I was just happy to get a gift. I kept that Mr D gift card in my car, unused for almost 2 full months as I never had a chance to use it. Recently, I had an opportunity to try out your facility.....only to discover that the gift card was evidently already used. That is what the system kept stating no matter how many times your attendant tried to use it.Your attendant was apologetic, there was a line behind me, so I just paid for the wash myself. The attendant was nice enough to offer a recommendation to call the number on the back of the card and try to get it resolved. But, honestly its too much of a hassle and it was free so I wasnt going to complain. I did enjoy your facility, just that embarrassing experience dropped it down to a 4. A recommendation could be to give your attendant an override code to use discreetly for such or other situations to really impress your guests. I definitely would have been impressed with a Hmmm, would you do me a favor and hand me the card? I will call our corporate offices and see whats going on to explain what happened today? Whats a good number to call you back on? Thank you for that, in the mean time, Im going to override that code and authorize you a free basic wash, until we get this figured out. That level of customer service would have absolutely blown me away and made me a permanent fan.

This Car Wash is much better now that it was renovated. The cheapest wash is 7.00 on weekdays. The Free Vacuums are so easy to use. The hose is above the vacuum on a movable apparatus that makes it easier to use than others I have been to. Try them out.

Excellent package prices to save me and my family money I do car washes throughout the winter time. Good prices on this car wash the lady puts the soap and whatever speacial chemica u get for 7 dollars u can grt a nice little car wash and give love to the car the vaccums work good now compared to before when they did not work at all. Clean enviroment id recomend this car wash

Close to our house, quick thorough wash. Lots of different wash packages and discount programs available. If you have an external antenna or other items protruding from your vehicle you should remove before going through.

Stopped in today (12/19/19) for the first time since the sale of aqua wash. Paid for the cheapest wash $7.00. Place has been upgraded. Super happy with the results. New spraying mechanics. Air blower really drys car well. Ill definitely be back. If you have folding mirrors, fold them in. The new spinning cloth wheels have alot of force.

Demario will go above, and beyond to make sure your car is spotless when you leave. If you have not checked them out, get over there and do so. Went through for the haunted car wash which was ok but wash took the grill right off my vehicle and they wont stand behind it of course.
