Unprofessional, was a genuine customer trying to buy a car and the guy who runs marketplace was not helping me at all. Acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about and didn’t give me any information about the car. Doesn’t seem like a reliable place to buy a car if there’s secrets being hidden from customers.

Do your research with this company. There is a reason they have lots of one star reviews. If I could I would go back and make a purchase elsewhere. Very poor customer service. They are hard to get ahold of and they claim to sell you an inspected car and be upfront and transparent with any existing issues. It is quite the opposite. Once they receive your money they basically forget about you and avoid your calls.

My experience at Continental Motors was excellent. I was in a position to sell a vehicle to them and I sincerely felt that the interaction I had with Jason was absolutely worthwhile. If you go to this dealership with clear, reasonable expectations, I thoroughly feel that you wont be disappointed. I want to leave a review, even if I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I was truck shopping, and Sam one of the salesmen there was extremely professional, polite, and helpful. He stayed after hours to help me and dealt with my indecisiveness. I really want to take Sam specifically, and this dealership for conducting themselves in a respectable manner. This dealership is a great place to do business with.

Wouldnt even let us take the vehicle for a test ride. Had problems starting the vehicle and said it needed to go back to the tuner even tho the vehicle was on the lot for almost a month 🤔

Be careful about buying from here, I could go on and on, but thats not me. All I am saying is be careful.

I bought one of my high school dream trucks from Jason. Very easy transaction, I showed up, test drove it, and bought it the next day. Jason was a pleasure to deal with. I’m reading through some of the negative comments here and would simply say, If you want a new vehicle, go to the dealership and buy one! I would buy from him again no hesitation. He was upfront and honest about my truck AND SO AM I. It’s a 15 year old truck with 120k miles and it was a 1/4 of the price of my new one 👍🏼

I bought my 2012 Ford raptor svt from there. Jason and Sam were great not pushy at all they were great guys and super understanding definitely getting my business again!

After my truck was totaled, I was in the market for a replacement. Jason was curious, friendly and flexable. He listened to my needs and gave suggestions. I was not able to make it in during regular hours. Jason took extra time to meet me and during off hours when he did not have to. It was a great car buys experience.!

Do not buy from this dealership!!!! Read the reviews!!! My own personal experience was buying a 16,000 dollar vehicle that Ive put over 5,000 dollars over a few months!!!!! The vehicle is garbage and a complete money pit! An absolute scam!! I feel so dumb I didnt read the reviews first!!!!!

The lubricating piston seal/ring? was shot which was pulling in a lot of oil into the exhaust causing excessive oil consumption. Continental Motors sent me a brand new GM turbocharger to fix the problem. Mike Shostak (posting on my wifes account)

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Made us drive 5 hours to look at a 2016 suburban, said on the phone there was NO body damage that could be seen in any pics he could take. Said it was really nice, get there and the whole passenger side of the truck had been touched up, rear bumper is pulled out on each side about 1/4 inch, and other markings/scrapes that could easily be pictured. He chose not to inform me. Let me drive and then said to me “it has 200,000 miles what did you expect” VERY DISHONEST. I will be posting this all over. Worst dealership experience.

Jason is a great guy that goes out of his way to make sure you get what you are looking for. As with buying any used car it is always a good idea to have it checked out before buying, reading some of the other reviews it looks like they didnt all do that. I asked Jason if i could take it and have my mechanics do a good once over he said certainly. People these are USED cars! Thanks again for everything Jason. Would definitely buy another car from Continental and Jason again.

Wow! I dont know what I could really say here. Sam was nothing but professional. We originally got the car from tl motors (big mistake) but he used continental to do financing because he didnt have the ability yet but clearly he used this as a way to get out of any responsibility with the vehicle. The transmission went bad and we had to get it fixed but the warranty wouldnt cover it because it was preexisting. Scott from tl motors refused to help us or take responsibility. So we were struggling trying to find away to get this paid for. Continental came out of no where like an angel and offered to pay for the repairs because of how tl motors was treating both of us. They should not have had to pay for anything. And I am so beyond grateful that they did. I will always and forever reccomend continental to anyone I know looking for a car. You guys are amazing and I love you!!!

I originally reviewed our experience as positive, until a day after buying the car it already needed repair work. Received ZERO communication (except ONCE when I explained the problem). Since then they put their phone on answering machine and fail to respond to emails. Its disappointing to know they are not willing to do the right thing which would be to help solve the issue. So buyer beware!!

I had a horrible experience dealing with JASON from continental motors. I literally got scammed. I was purchasing my truck over the phone and he sent me some pictures. I already had a bad feeling because I didn’t drive or actually see the truck in person, but after talking to JASON over the phone he re assured me the truck was a solid vehicle inside and out . Well that was NOT the case when I received it.First off I paid him in full right away because he said that he couldn’t send me the truck till my check cleared because he was worried about a scam ( the irony). Then it took over a MONTH for me to get the actual vehicle. Keep in mind JASON was ignoring pretty much all my messages and then when he does respond he sounds irritated with me because I keep bugging him. But if some one sent you almost $30,000 and you have nothing to show for, you would be constantly asking for a update too.Finally when I get it the truck it’s completely filthy inside and out. That not what you expect when your buy a car from a “Dealership”Then next morning I actually go to drive it and as soon as I hit 30mph the truck starts to violently wobble in the front end. At this point I knew I screwed up. I have a mechanic come look at it... well long story short I ended up putting another $3,000 into this car that o haven’t even drove more that 5 miles yet. Oh and this whole time I’m trying to message JASON and he is completely ignoring me.Finally I got this vehicle to drive safe and i got to try to register it but i realize that he never sent me any type of documents. I call him he claims he did but by now i know this guy is a complete liar so he word hold no value.There is plenty more I can add to this story like the truck has actual body rust that is going to cost me thousands to fix, more mechanical issues I need to address with the drivetrain, engine had SO MANY LEAKS, etc etc. And keep in mind I asked JASON all these questions and he re assured me it had none of that.JASON from Continental Motors is a complete scam and once he gets your money good luck on having him make something right for you. If you buy anything from this guy done make the same mistake I did. Take a mechanic to go look at it .I will be taking legal action

I have purchased several vehicles from this dealer. Jason is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I asked a million questions and he never once made me feel like he was annoyed. He answered ALL of my questions and was so very patient with me. As a woman, buying a car can be very intimidating. Other dealships made me feel uncomfortable and didnt seem to care. Jason is fair, honest, and respectful. I’m always working within a budget, and Jason is amazing at letting me know what my options are! Fair pricing, great customer service, and the process was fast and simple. Highly recommend this dealership!

Sold my dad a truck after trading in his car. Brakes went out on it (1-2 days later) as he was pulling into the place to get the vehicle fixed for an entirely different issue (wheel bearing) The truck was leaking brake fluid everywhere. Meanwhile the owner JASON and salesman SAM were ignoring all phone calls. They got it fixed replacing the one brake line but failed to mention the warped rotor/brake pads with no actual pad left ON THE SAME SIDE AS THE BRAKE LINE! Do not go here. Bad review after bad review after bad review. These people are NOT honest salesmen.

The guy that owns this place is a douche bag!! I bought tires and rims there and he told me the air sensors were present but when I got there after an hour and a half drive he wouldnt say for sure if they were in the wheels--he also said he would change my computer because they were bigger rims but when I got there the place was closed and he wasnt changing the rims thus I had no way to know if the air sensors were in the rims, this guy will tell you anything to get you there and then wont stand behind anything he told you stay clear of this place!

Honest, polite, people who are not pushy and want you to get a good deal. Would recommend buying here!

Dont buy online from this car dealer if you cant see, inspect and test the car personally! I trusted this guy Jason Warner the owner of Continental and purchased a car online and I made sure everything about the car is working and he said its ready to go no repair needed. Well upon picked up by my hired transport company the car wont start and he blamed the driver and wanted me to pay the repair. So waited for many days to have it fixed. It was picked up and delivered to me but out of the box the suspension is so bad. He said it was working good. Well he said everything works good but it was not and told me hes not paying for the repair. After the sales he rarely responded to my calls and texts. He said if he had known that I would complain, he would just had the car loaded to the transport truck unrepaired! (the car starter problem). Lesson learned dont trust this rip-off salesman!

Well i got an okay deal on my Durango, if the check engine light hadnt come on after about two weeks of driving it, upon worse weather the car started overheating and stream was coming out of the engine. After taking it to my mechanic, the radiator was cracked AND from a salvage yard, o2 sensor had to be replaced. So after all is said and done ive spent 5500 on this vehicle, and my budget was 4000. Nice guy and i love this car, but i recommend bringing a mechanic with you.

I read the awful reviews but decided to give this dealer a chance because he had some sharp looking rigs on his lot.Jason was unwilling to let me have a vehicle inspected by my mechanic of choice, and would not let me drive it to Wauwatosa and back to ensure it would fit in my garage. He claimed this was due to an insurance issue, and he told me under no uncertain terms would I be able to drive the car into Milwaukee. He did not offer to drive the car down here himself to have it inspected.I requested a carfax at around 8am, Jason said he would send it to my phone right away, he had not sent the report 3 hours later. I made it clear to him I was pre approved and ready to move fast on a specific vehicle, and when i told him I would be coming up to test drive it, he barked WHAT TIME?! as if it was an inconvenience for him that he would have to be around for.I would have bought a truck from him today, if he had not been so unprofessional and unaccommodating.

They often buy local cars off Craigslist/FB and then add on another 4 or 5 grand+ to the price and claim their giving you a good deal

Bought a supposedly rust free truck, turns out it was patched up with Bondo and repainted. Rotted out a year later. NOT an honest salesmen.

I drove an hour and a half each way to look at an Avalanche that was listed in like new condition and RUST FREE, the Avalanche had rust over 2 wheel wells and on the bottoms of each door. More notable is the weak brakes with warped rotors, mismatched tires, the heavy clunking coming from the front end and the slipping transmission. This was all noted by driving it to the gas station about a 1/4 away and back. Also as I pulled back into the lot the truck stalled as I came to a stop. Wouldnt recommend anybody waste there time shopping here.

Went there to test drive a chevy pickup that was on craigslist. He said heres the keys but dont turn sharp because the tires rub on the fenders... (he had Texas edition wheels on it that were way too big for the truck). I was like ok. Sure enough the tires rubbed like crazy when turning. Upon leaving the first intersection I hear a loud clunk under my feet. Ok tried it at the next stop sign... clunk... I drive back and have a chat with him. The back seat is covered in dog hair. I said oh the previous owners must of had dogs. He said no I have been driving my dog around in there. I always drive the nicest vehicle on my lot. That would explain why there was almost 4000 miles more on the truck than advertised. I said I had my bank do a carfax and this truck was originally from Texas. He said oh I didnt know that. I never do carfaxes... I said you know there is a loud clunk this truck is making every time you leave from a stop? He said no I havent noticed anything. I will have my mechanic take a look at it. I gave him an offer. He said no way I am here all by myself and I need to make money. I then said what is the price without the big wheels. Wait for it... he says oh those wheels will be extra because those are my wheels that I put on there to try out. Are you kidding? The wheels were on in the photos of craigslist!! I politely told him I would think about it and left. Seems to me like this guy doesnt want to sell vehicles. He wants to have toys for himself. He never even got out of his chair to talk to me.... lazy ass. STAY AWAY.

Bought a vehicle and less than a week later, weird noise from the vehicle. Husband brought to dealer since we dont live close to Continental, about a $2500 fix. Several calls and texts later and no response and constant avoiding us. Beware. Very poor customer service.

Went to look at the car and it was being charged, I couldnt even test drive it or at least listen to the car start, drove 30 plus minutes for to see a shell.

Customer service is very poor. I came into to test drive vehicles and batteries were dead. Plus I stopped by shop during open hours more than 3 times and no one was there, when the sign said open. Not to mention I called plenty of times as well and no answer.
