Two days before Christmas, I intended to work on my office desktop remotely, using my laptop at a location 1,400 miles away. Two issues arose with the laptop, preventing me from accessing my office computer, and thereby threating the rest of my vacation. I reached out to my usual Evernet contact, Paul. He hooked me up with an Evernet Network Administrator named Wes. I spoke with Wes. He called back at the exact time he promised to call, having investigated the problem. He took control of my laptop remotely and, over a couple of hours, he fixed both issues. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, patient and efficient. The laptop continued to work properly for the rest of the vacation. Thank you very much.

Horrible company! I rarely write reviews but as a small business owner I cant in good conscious not inform others of my recent experience. I had worked with a local IT company that was acquired by Evernet Consulting so thought I would be getting the same service and treatment. it was the exact opposite, the new staff I was dealing with was inexperienced and lacked the ability to provide resolution. they took 2-3 days just to return calls and the ticket times to get a resolution were very long. I assume so they could charge the ridiculous rate of $120!! which was double what I was previous paying. when I contacted the owner Eric Buhrendorf, he was not interested in providing any resolution.
