Had a burst pipe in a second building at my business with water damage throughout the room and basement. ServiceMaster responded right away, walked me through the process and was on scene quickly. I had a water leak in my house and we could not figure out where it was coming from. As the water damage was starting to expand in area it started to show up on the wall, behind the kitchen cabinets and even in the floor. My contractor could not figure it out, we ripped apart two walls and nothing...the water loss was really starting to pile up. I contacted Jeff Lame of Service Master by Wills one morning by that afternoon he had his team out there with water detection equipment, giant fans and evaporators. They located the leak within an hour (water pipe in wall was rusted though) had it fixed later that day and pretty much dried out by the following day. I cant even imagine what the water loss could have been if allowed to go on unchecked. The monetary expense could have been astronomical. They also handled everything with my insurance company which was super helpful. I would recommend Service Master by Wills to anyone. Frozen Pipes, Fire Damage these guys handle anything. True professionals!!

Prompt, reliable and clean service. Last thing you want to deal with is a total wet mess in your basement but it happens. ServiceMaster by wills came right out. scheduling was prompt and service was clean. I was very pleased with this service.
