$550 for an oil change... did not notify me when finished either. The service guy just sent it to someone at the company who went home. Waiting and never saying anything to me. I go to find out what the hold up is and find out the PM is done. Then I have to put people together in contact for them because the service guy is gonna wait forever and/or go home not caring that Ive been waiting for hours. So I eventually pay out of my own bank account because they wont email paperwork. Go out to hook up to my trailer and find out they parked a truck right in front of it... Parts department incapable of finding out what fuse goes to a plug in 12v outlet(had the vin# & photo of which outlet) Just an absolute miserable experience.

If anyone needs a professional vehicle body shop done to perfection, this should be the only shop you need to know.The body shop shop manager Frank Sabbatini is a rare gem in this business. He is friendly, responsive and upfront about the work progress. He does not take you for a run arounds like most shops out there do especially when you live out of state. 5+ star would be the only appropriate rating.

Front desk slow as hell

Nice Experience, Head Saleman had An attitude, but after a few Minutes he was cool.Trucks I was shown where clean,but the sleeper was small.They have A lot of nice trucks though.I had a Option to buy @24% a Month@up to 40K. I was try to get them to Finance me at 12% or Lower but they wouldn’t do anything.Felt like I’d wait until March when I was done with my Last Payment on my Second Truck,But that was the Day after Covid hit andNow there’s no Work at all so I dodged that Bullet.

I came in to see the body shop about fixing my bumper because I took out Bambi. They were very pleasant all the way around, they fixed my truck up super quick. The only reason I don’t give five stars is I had to keep inquiring about what was going on rather than someone keeping me updated, that was a little frustrating. Boy otherwise they were quick once they got me in!!!!

Such nice people. We turned up late in the day as 3 damsels in distress and the nice folk at Truck Enterprises sorted us out no problem, even though we were not their usual truck (RV needing an oil change).

An easy job to replace a spring on the pedal clutch conflated in a 2 hours job. Mechanic lost 2 small parts, not a big deal but pretend not there before.A hack of a job for a lot of money.Be aware foreman Scott, an old school guy, likes his mechanics not customers.Otherwise a clean place, with a large parking, ok to buy parts, maybe to fix a truck under the warranty.

Worst place to do any repairs, overpriced, creative diagnostics to make money, I had a truck there 2 months and never got it right, stay away from this place.

The experience I had with the service department yesterday via phone was horrible.

Parts OK, but the shop is to be honest a joke, so dont buy a new truck from these folks because trying to get them to do warranty work us a pain in the you know what, they just want cash customers, went in because of my steering violently shakes to the point of the steering wheel shake out of your hands if you dont hold on to it the mechanic drove half a mile on route 11 then turned around and came back to the dealership, after telling the service writer that it is EXTREMELY bad with a load behind the truck, I parked it with 3033.4 on the speedo when he got back with it had 3034.6 on the speedo well the service department informed me that the mechanic said there is nothing a wrong with it, the thing that really got me is that they talk & think you are a idiot and you know nothing, well I guess if I had a pocket full of money things would have turned out differently.I will never go to truck enterprise again for parts or work done to my truck!

Had a full rebuild done on my signature series 600 Cummings shop rate is higher than alot of places but worth it they took good care of me above and beyond what they had too had some fuel filter trouble after the rebuild they took care of it with no extra charge Sean boyd. Terry the Forman and shannon the tech did a hell of a good job will recommend to others for sure and didnt have to be a local boy I was out of Montana and still treated me like a local and a friend thanks guysKailing transport

Made appointment week in advance, was there 8 hours for service on my motorhome, they dont like motorhomes apparently, and if you need parts forget it they say we just cannot get parts, funny thing is i have no problem getting parts, Cummins motor and spartan chassis, two major names

As another reviewer stated, they are pricey...but very knowledgeable! And they seem to use quality parts and not cheap parts. That might be why the price is higher. Staff is very friendly, including the mechanics.

So i called to get my truck checked 1st they told me probably wouldnt be till the next day for them to look at my truck....i initially was thinking it was my RPM sensor going off so when i arrived i told them thatso the service desk girl told me to go and explain that to the floorman he explained to me this trucks [t680 2017] dont have that sensor that all the communication goes from the shaft to the computer then dash etc etc .....so he told me pull it inn they fixed the issue in a matter of 2 hours i reallt really liked how they treated me they explained evrything also i was i and out thnk you guys

The same mechanical issue repeats 2 hours after repair. Clearing the faulty codes is not the solution to fix the problem.I am sorry for 1 star. It is the reality of the poor service.
