Reserved a truck online,came to pick up.place was closed,truck was not available.guy told me they are local,out of network.not recomend for others.

We got a 16 foot truck and we wanted a 12 foot. Nothing was mentioned that Budget had substituted. Locally, we were told that Budget drops the truck off and that is the way it is. They dont seem to have a strong process. Edit: They were very apologetic and made the situation right after the 12 foot truck came in a little late. That is worth a lot.
