The technician came out and thoroughly answered every question I had. About a month after the initial application he had to come back, but that was to be expected. There wasn’t any hesitation what so ever on their part. They simply sent him out again at no charge. Now, no more pests!! He does a very detailed job and has a lot of experience on how to eliminate these pests. I highly recommend them and if lucky.
