This is an awesome place, with amazing and kind workers. They go above and beyond for you. Roger and Patricia are also wonderful Christian folk, I love them.

This review is on the gym as I love the salon. Deon or whatever his name is “ the assistant manager” is extremely rude and unprofessional. I literally called because this business double charged my bank account 139.00. He kept speaking over me and saying the charges were correct until I told him the amount on my bank statement on my April charges. He then further states he doesn’t have the authorization to fix the issue. He then states the GM is out of the office until Monday and it will be fixed by that time. My issue with this is the customer service there was no apology just an attitude and arrogance from him. I’m surprised the owners aren’t able to be contacted to fix the issue. I tell him I’ll be calling back Monday when the gm is back and he said that’s not what he said.... that’s exactly what he said. I have never experienced such a poor display of customer service in my life.

Madison did an amazing job on mine and my 2 daughters haircuts. She was very patient with my 22 month old and it was her first haircut. I had an appointment and she squeezed my babies in Thank you so much for your time and patience.

I called two days before my appointment to make sure they had the time I wanted available. I was excited to find a $12 haircut. They seemed nice in the phone but when I walked in I’ve never received such terrible service. I stood at the desk for 2 mins when I first walked in, then sat down since I was early. There were four ladies sitting in chairs talking and one lady cutting hair then on her phone. 5 mins after my scheduled appointment I stood up at the desk and looked over at the ladies and 5 mins later no acknowledgement. So I walked out since no employee helped me for 15 mins.

Have only used the stand up tanning bed but seems like a nice place.

Ive been layin there for the past month now, and i have got one of the best base tans ive ever had from layin in a tanning bed. I love their beds an the guys at the front desk are absolutely wonderful an amazing

I get my hair colored and eyebrows waxed every seven to eight weeks by Cheryl .She has been doing my hair for about 20 years she does a wonderful job. Cheryl is friendly, polite, she listens to what her clients want done to their hair and has excellent customer service skills .They have reasonable prices.

Went to the salon to get my eyebrows done, I explained exactly how I wanted them and showed a picture of how they look when they’re done. The outcome was the exact opposite and i was quite dissatisfied given the fact that I had a huge performance the upcoming week, but the lady was nice so I appreciated her customer service!

The facilities are very nice and clean. The manager Brandon is very nice and courteous as are most of the other employees. Love the smoothy bar. I wish they were opened later on Saturdays though. I like to tan for relaxation and pain relief. The employees dont like it if you come in after 4:30pm on Saturday. One of the Saturday afternoon employees can be quite rude. I have to drive 25 minutes to get there so it is disappointing when you walk in on a Saturday only to be turned away after 4:30. Most of the tanning beds are scratched up. This same employee doesnt like to open all of the beds on Saturday. If you ask for a bed thats not damaged she will argue with you, even though you clean your own beds. Dont feel like you get your moneys worth when you basically cant use the whole facility on the weekends and are treated rudely by one of the employees.

High staff turnover. Ive stopped trying to remember their names because when I come back every 6-8 weeks for a haircut theres all new people there. One girl charged me $10 to tone my hair, which as I discovered was just to wash my hair with the same purple shampoo Id already been using at home. She was going to charge me $20 but I guess she thought that was too ballsy since the entire 10 oz bottle cost that at Ulta Beauty. They also have this pink/purple wax for waxing that is very greasy. It reminded me of getting waxed with melted bubblegum. I normally do my own eyebrows but every now and then like to have someone else clean them up. The last time I went the available stylist didnt do near my temples where stray hairs pop up and she didnt do between the brows. I had to clean it up myself when I got home. I still go there though. Who can afford a $65 haircut elsewhere. I guess you get what you pay for.

This place is absolutely amazing they have childcare, juice bar, fitness classes free and classes that are specified to your weight goal. Ive been here for a week cant wait to join a class.

Its always clean, comfortable atmosphere, theyre always ready for your appointment and put appointments before walk-ins, but will do everything they can to accommodate walk-ins, all the girls are so nice and they do a great job. You cant beat the price. Ive been going here for years now.

Just stopped here to get a hair cut, the sign says open and walk ins welcome. They close at 3pm and we arrived at 2:15. They girl let’s us sit there for 10 minutes and then tells me if we do not have an appointment we will need to come back another day. They obviously just did not want to take anymore customers or make a little more money before they close. I will never return and would never recommend this place to anyone.

This is by far one of the best gyms ive been in. Love the 24/7 part and how theyre the only ones who have that.

My hair was up to my waist and I asked for a trim and I said five inches🙄 she goes and cuts my hair up to my shoulders and has the audacity to ask for money when she knows damn well she cut 12 inches too much😒🙄 don’t go to Lisa :)
