Tai is AMAZING!! She’s very knowledgeable and takes the time to really understand the source of the issue. She also is fantastic at giving suggestions for at home stretches and exercises to help.

Tai is an excellent masseuse. She will work on your areas of concern and then find all the spots you didnt even realize were issues. Going back again soon!

Due to pain issues resulting from over 20+ surgeries due college football and then a landmine bomb explosion losing both my legs, Ive been under Tais treatment for nearly 10 years. Initially, I would make an appointment when in pain. Sort of a 911 call for help. over the last 5+ years, Ive scheduled bi-weekly therapy appointments with Tai to especially treat the lower back and upper back shoulder blades. Pain management and Tais treatment is five-star, A+, second to none awesome and effective. In fact, Tai is one of the reasons (the other is the UVA prosthetic facility) that I would be hesitant to leave the region. Ive had massages in my previous home locations and around the world due to work, and Tai is hands-down (pun intended) the best.

Thai has magic in her fingers! Was referred there by a friend when I had an impossible kink in between my shoulders, and she was able to resolve it in one session! Her deep tissue massage is by far and away the deepest Ive ever experienced, and I was sore for a few days afterwards, but it was a good sore. Her prices are very reasonable, and her availability is good. She is very prompt in responding to web requests. Highly recommend!
