Gave us the wrong bar and chain. Had to drive 61 miles again one way to get the correct one replaced. Staff not knowledgeable about products.

I left my Craftsman riding mower a month ago. Three weeks later I was told it needed a bearing that would need to be ordered, but they didnt know how long that would take. However, I was told they had a transmission in stock for $450 with free labor. I told them to install it, and they said it would be done in a couple days. I am still waiting.I have received my mower after a month, and had to appear in person to find out that it was ready. However, instead of the $450 for the transmission, I was only charged $400 since Lee did not charge anything for labor, and did an oil change at no cost. For this generosity I am very grateful.

They got my Homelite 330 working like new again, after I had tried another place in Bridgewater. Very knowledgeable, and fast friendly service.

Best place to get parts for old vintage riding mowers

Charges $97 to fix my push mower. Went to take it out of the truck and found two little springs laying in the bed. Mower still will not start. Taking it somewhere else, not getting screwed there again

They charged me over $600 to fix my mower when it stopped working. They told me it was like brand new now with the work they did to it. I got it home and mowed for about 2 months and it started missing. They were supposed to put a new carb on, thats why it cost so much. I went to mow again and it started and before I took off the motor shut down. Come to find out the intake rod had broken. They didnt even have a gasket on the rocker arm cover. They over charged me way to much for it to be like new. I will NEVER send there . I fixed it myself and it runs so good now. THANKS FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ME AND TELLING ME ITS LIKE NEW. DO YOU REALLY KNOW HOW TO WORK ON MOWERS ????

Lee is a little pricey, but he is by far the best small engine mechanic Ive met.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The ambiance of Lil Red Barn is great! I really appreciate that they helped me fix my Stihl 009 chainsaw when other local shops gave up without doing any research. They were also very helpful with advice on a Husqvarna oil issue. Knowledgable and straightforward. Highly recommend.

First time I posted was having difficulty getting in touch but I finally did I should say was around xmas so you know how that is, my order hadnt arrived it was really late when I finally got in reached them the gentleman explained postal there terrible he told me wait about week it should be there it was I will definitely do more business with them had good experience

Going up there face to face customer service is good. Lee is very knowledgeable. My only issue is that I was promised a fuel pump and waited two weeks for it. I left several messages and haven’t received a call back. Guess I’ll have to get it somewhere else since no one will call me back.

Ordered replacement parts for my homelite super xl automatic and all were a perfect fit that were as good or better than factory. I can’t speak to the face to face customer service but ordering on line was a breeze and shipping was very quick, ordered on a Friday and received the following Wednesday. Thanks guys

Lil Red Barn sold me the wrong chain saw chain. Their website documentation incorrectly listed it as the correct size and it was not. No one responded to requests on how to return the item. Terrible service! forcing me to go through credit card company to get a refund. Awful!

I ordered parts for my Stihl 025 and the fuel tank/oil tank i order was missing the gas tank vent completely and the lines were no where to be found that was suppose to be with the part. I hate leaving negative reviews and have done my due diligence and even spoke with a lady about 7 to 8 days ago. She assured me she would get right back in touch with me. Ive left several voicemails and emails with zero response and still a broken chainsaw. The customer service here seems nonexistent.Edit. 6 months later i finally get a response to my multiple emails to Lee. How the hell does it take 6 months to reply?

I brought in my push mower on April 25 and explained my issue of what I needed to be fixed. After several unanswered calls, unreturned messages and conflicting information when someone did answer the phone, I was told on June 8 what the problem was (which I already told them the day I dropped it off) but the mower had not been serviced AT ALL during that time period. On the day I dropped it off I was told that they probably couldnt get to it that week, but probably the next. I was really disappointed to learn that in over a month no work had been attempted and the customer service was so poor.

Terrible service. Mechanics lack experience. My first review disappeared, so I’m writing one again. I will make sure this place gets a honest review.It took over a month to fix my mower. I brought it to them first week of July 2018. It took them three weeks to put in the wrong carborator. Then, I took it back because the mower wouldn’t start and was told they would have it done in two days.I called after not hearing from Little Red Barn only to be told they forgot and would have my mower fixed the following Tuesday. I picked up my mower in the second week of August.
