I’ve been a Lowe’s customer for years and their customer service has been getting worse and worse. I won’t go into details about my situation today but the way the ladies at customer service treated me and handled the situation was absolutely awful and I was offered no help, only told that I could go look for what I needed. The one on the cash register was particularly rude. I was almost in tears. However, the two men in the bathroom section that tried to help me were wonderful. I can’t remember if his name was Bill or Will but he spent a good 30-45 minutes doing everything he could to help me find the bathroom vanity I needed. Chip was also very helpful. I was unable to get what I was looking for but I still appreciate the help these two men offered. The two men get 5 stars, the ladies in customer service get 1.

We like coming to Lowes because we consistently get great service here. At times, I have had no little issues and the staff has been helpful every time. They will even come load items in my car when needed. The store location is easy to access fromCountry Club Road, I81 and Rt 33. You do not have to wait through a lot of traffic and stoplights to get there, shop and get home.

If i need fix it stuff thats where i go. Nuff said!

Great customer service. I needed a window and some trim Jessie helped me get the right size window. Very knowledgeable about products. I was in the Contractors dept.

Usually a good store but yesterday there were about ten customers waiting to check out. Only the self-checkout stations were available and one of the four was not working. No regular checkout stations were available. Unacceptable!

Harrisonburg Lowes is one of my favorite Lowes. They have a big inventory & selection. Their staff is always helpful, courteous & knowledgeable. I would recommend.

I used to really like this Lowes, but the quality of their customer service has drastically gone down. I was just recently using their self-checkout and the cashier there accused me of not ringing a product up. I showed it to him multiple times with him saying its not there. I literally had to line by line show him everything multiple times, to which when he finally realized it was there I got a response of, oh, with no apology for making a small scene. Then I ordered a product from them and it was missing parts and the bag was destroyed. Rather than being helpful and reimbursing or helping replace the missing parts, they simply said, its not our problem, talk to UPS. The part would have cost $3 for them, but rather than make it right in some manner, they basically gave me the proverbial finger. Instances like this keep happening there and I think Im just going to take my business across the street to Home Depot or shop at Amazon where they guarantee their items.

Large open space, clean and tidy. Friendly staff, offers self checkout, and well as employee manned checkouts. Lovely garden center.

The Harrisonburg Lowes is absolutely great. The staff is on the ball for helping you or finding someone who can help. Great lawn and garden department as well.

Work for Holtzman Equipment and Construction we go there for a few things for small jobs. We generally deal with the big lumber yards like Stoneburner

After having a very poor experience at the Lowes in Waynesboro, VA, I reluctantly drove to the store in Harrisonburg, VA as I still needed to purchase the items Id been unable to buy in Waynesboro. The experience at the Harrisonburg store, while not without its challenges, was ultimately very good due to the intervention and assistance from Daniel. I also appreciated Dakotas recovery, once everything got back on track - he was most helpful and eager to please.

This review is based on the decision of the Ruckersville supervisor that I spoke with.I purchased a certain color for a Valspar paint and brought it home for a future project.When I went to use the paint, I noticed that it was a totally wrong color.By the time I got back to Lowes, the 30 day paint return had expired and they would not refund my expense, even though they mixed up the totally wrong color.I dont blame the paint people, they mixed it wrong and I didnt notice the mistake until I tried to use it, but I feel that part of the blame should be on Lowes because I trust that they will do what I ask them to do, and not just because I didnt notice the mistake soon enough...In my mind, the supervisor was wrong on this day.

We ordered levelor blinds.a guy cody came last week, got our measurements. A lady name MARTA, has always waited on us. She is the nicest, sweetest sales lady we have ever had in any store. A very bubbly personality. Recommend her to all.

I have been trying to reach someone by phone for 2 days concerning vinyl fencing. The phone is not answered or I am transferred and disconnected. It has happened 4times this morning. I have received an estimate for install but can not reach anyone about availability. Extremely frustrating.

Rude and ignorant staff! Told us they don’t sell a part, that we just bought the day before! Then when we asked for help the man was very rude and angry towards us! Very unhappy with my experience! Nathan needs to be fired! You should never treat someone like he did!

Have made an order a day ahead for pickup for three rooms of carpet and padding. Showed up and have been waiting over an hour to get someone to pick the order and get it to load out. Best way to shop at Lowes is to go to Home Depot.

They need to train the cashiers better. Took me 20 mins to buy 1 wheelbarrow. She cared and tried. But wasnt trained and didnt have the skills to even type.

I went in to look at getting appliances on sale, I had picked out what I wanted per the website but was told that the website is not always correct!So then I was sold something else after telling the sales person the size I have, well upon arrival the item did not fit in the spot so I had to go back again!

Its lowes. Recently (end 2020) lumber selection has been pretty bad. Low quality, high price. Home depot had a lot higher quality dimensional, non pressure treated last time I was there. Good lighting and electrical. Help is hit or miss. Decent hardware selection. Plumbing has gotten worse, mostly basic plumbing stuff but if you want anything special, they dont have it anymore.

We told them we need help Im waiting 30 minutes no body not show up 0 customer service 😒

I have to give a shout-out to Ced Lee with Lowes. Hes been with us all the way through our house construction with our kitchen and appliances. Yes many$$$$! He has jumped in to help with so many issues due to months delays because of the pandemic. Hes exhibited the epitome of customer service and proactive in his efforts. You need cabinets and/appliances, hes the man to see.

I would give it five stars but lots of people walking around without masks. Even some of the employees had them on their chin or below their noses. Otherwise its well-stocked and clean. Prices are reasonable.

Employee was very friendly as I paid my bill. As I was getting ready to leave, I noticed a charging cable I needed that was 12 dollars. I didnt think anything about the price as I know cables arent as cheap as they used to be. To my surprise, it was only 6 dollars. I told the lady it said 12 and this was a pleasant surprise. She smiled and said someone mustve but them in the wrong place and she would get that corrected.

Spent an hour to get a little pack of panel nails. Wont be back!!!

First time Ive been at Lowes for over a year and an employee walks off telling me to find it. Rude!

The staff was knowledgeable & friendly. Very helpful. We dealt with 3 different employees through our visit today & passed several others. Each one was great & even those we only passed greeted us. We were helped in appliances, paint & at checkout. Would highly recommend them.

I have been a faithful customer of Lowes for years. I always find what I want and at a good price. However, the customer service and assistance has been lacking for a while now. I have always found it difficult to find help when I need it there even before the Pandemic. Now it is practically impossible. I consistently fail to find someone to help me. Today was the worst. I went to find a 50 Amp GFCI box for a need I have and had trouble finding the exact product I wanted. I looked for soemone to help but red vests were nonexistent. I did find a little button on the end of the aisle for use if I needed assistance. I pushed it and it immediately stated Help needed in the Elictrical Department. It said it several times... no help came. Then it quit. So I pushed it again.... same result. I went up front to the service desk to see if I could get help and the line went out the door and did not move. So I went back to try the button one more time. Same result. I dropped all product I had and left and went to try Home Depot.Home Depot had people at the front asking if I would need help. I got the help I needed and I was out of the store in 5 minutes.I noticed another difference. Lowes was disorganized with cluttered aisles with customers having to move product out of the way just to get around. Home Depot was immaculate and organized and looked very clean.Now I know that Lowes will probably blame the Pandemic. And I would buy that if I had not gone to Home Depot and got the exact opposite experience. Now I will buy all my products at Home Depot as well.

Lowes does not keep their word. They will agree to anything at the point of sale and then stab you in the back and yell at you when you call them on it. I purchased several appliances from them and they agreed on a time for delivery 12-4. I arranged to have off work during that time to be home. I got the service call the day before confirming from 12-4. Then the day of they call at 10:00am and say there will be there in 45 min. I am at work and cannot arrange to leave early. 10:45 is not between 12 and 4. When I called to let them know they said their was nothing they could do about it. They then yelled at me when I did not believe their next delivery date and time. They have no honor. If they cannot honor a delivery time, how can they be trusted with warrantee work or anything else. Their phones hung up on me a dozen times before I called back for curbside and got someone.

Refused a return then proceeded to have possession of the items, likely stocking them for resale on their stores. This is called theft. Their executives took no action when alerted. They first claimed they were sending a refund, then claimed they had no record of the event.

Went here looking for tiles to fix my bathtub. Everything was organized and easy to find, and prices were very reasonable.

Garden center fanatic. Plant deals always in the reduced section. I like to rescue and revive for my yard.

Have tried several times to call in about picking up an online oder. No answer and this is ridiculous being Ive been trying from 8 am to 1 pm.

We had to wait almost 3 months for a refrigerator to be fixed under their extended warranty. Matts appliance and Lowes kept blaming each other. They never had the right part, and no one wore masks coming into my home. Lowes wouldnt buy it back because they finally got the right part. Lowes said they would send a $50 gift card for the inconvenience, its March, still no gift card. If youre forced to buy an appliance from here, dont buy the extended warranty. Had a much better experience with Home Depot and Rocktown Appliances. We ended up having to buy a replacement while we waited for our unit to be fixed, also should have bought an ice machine after using a cooler for 2 months in my kitchen. Thanks for nothing Lowes.

We had our heart set on a beautiful artificial tree to only see that their was none with the others for sale. Yoli approached us and asked if we needed help. We explained what tree we liked but they appeared to be out. Yoli went above and beyond searching areas to find it for us! Without her help we would have left without it. Called Lowes this afternoon about a dryer. The young lady in appliances said she was busy but would take my name and phone number and call me back in just a little bit.... WELL IM STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM HER. NEEDLESS TO SAY AFTER WAITING SEVERAL HOURS WENT TO HOME DEPOT AND WAS IN AND OUT IN LESS THE 20 MINUTES. GUESS LOWES DOESNT NEED OR WANT BUSINESS. IF YOU NEED FAST AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE AND SERVICE GO TO HOME DEPOT.

There was a bit of a mix up from Lowes and it so they called to say it came in.....It would have been more convenient for the small item mailed from a customer service perspective
