Stopped by Kays this morning to drop all my rings off for repairs. Now mind you I am the second customer in line at 11am, the store manager Lynetta couldnt of been anymore rude to the elderly couple in front of me!! She did not even say good morning how may I help you!!!! Her first words were put your jewelry in the basket!!! The elderly man said I am sorry I am just here for a pick up!! Lynetta than responds back give me your receipt. At this time I am so upset for the couple in front of me I am at a loss for words I just walked out!! I will avoid anymore purchases or repairs from this location after being a customer for the past 20 years.

I just left feeling like the luckiest woman in the world. I went in to return my engagement ring due to my fiancé of 4 years cheated on me so I was sad when I walked in BUT I was able to return the ring and go on a SHOPPING SPREE for the equal value of the ring. They really turned my frown upside down♥️

Walked in to have jewelry inspected was made to feel like an inconvenience to the lady who was working, the gentleman who helped was awesome but her attitude was horrible dirty looks from her from the time we walked in to the time we left. That’s not customer service at all she doesn’t need to be working there if that’s how she’s acts to everyone that comes in

They just opened and there was an elderly couple in front of us and the Manger says drop it in this basket and the elderly man says I came to pick something up and the Manger walks over and yanks the recipe out of his hand never said good morning how are u doing she was very rude her name was lynetta

They know what to do for fixing jewelry and very serious about.

They can fix my babys engagement ring 40 some years old

It is a very nice experience every time i go to our local kays they are very helpful and i have one special lady i usually wait until she can help me Amy its like she knows just what i want she is so good at her work !!

Bad customer service. Refused service just because I have a disability. Will never spend another penny in this store or any affiliated with them.
