This place is amazing. I called to schedule an appointment and they answered within the second ring. The lady sounded so professional over the phone and they offer quick appointments. As soon as I arrived to my appointment the waiting area was so nice and clean. The receptionist was very sweet and kind. The doctor that saw me for my issue was very kind and explained every step of the procedure. I am now able to hear again and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend this place to anyone

Very appreciative of Dr. Gates and his staff at Meadowcrest ENT. I had a hole in my ear drum for the last 22 years and was afraid of having the surgery. Dr. Gates put my mind at ease and i had the procedure done in june to repair it. My hearing is now where it should have been and i can go swimming where as before i couldnt go under water. Donna does a fantastic job with light therapy on the face and vein therapy on the legs. She offers skin soothing facials and has helpful skincare products. She is never push about products and procedures and encourages clients to do their own research.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Gates and his staff. I had a serious injury in 2006 and was in critical care many times. Dr. Gates was always with me. I wouldnt be alive today if not for him.

Dr Robinson was arogant and condensending. He almost made fun of me when I told him that my throat closes up when I cry or when I bend over. He said thats why they call it being choked up. He said he couldnt see anything wrong with me but sent me to have a test. And found a Hernia.

Dr. Robinson is very professional and personable. He clearly explained what he was going to do, and what he was doing. I was given very helpful and pain free treatment, and helpful advice to prevent future nose bleeds.

He is No goodThe doctor has now graduated from college and did not have sufficient experience to diagnose the symptoms easily.Why the patient goes to the doctor for treatment But no point in going to him because he can not heal you, or at least gives hope of healingThis is what happened to me with appreciation.

There was a bit of confusion about my youngest daughters insurance I was told they took her insurance but it being the medallion 4.0 they dont take it but with me showing alot of concern for my daughters ears and the fact that it made it 6 ear infections she has had within this year I as a mother wasnt trying to wait another month to two months before she could be seen at another ent in cville this office contacted her insurance and is working with her insurance to have her seen and also to have her surgery done for her tubes. Thank you so much I do appreciate yall so much I couldnt watch my baby suffer with ear pain anymore. Thank you Meadowcrest Ent for your help

Relaxing and rejuvenating. The best place I have ever gone for a facial.

Ive been receiving laser hair removal treatments the last few years at Meadowcrest. Ive tried home devices but their equipment blows them out of the water and its also more economical than having it done at a plastic surgeons office. Their attitude could use a little improvement as they can be unfriendly at times but it doesnt affect the quality of their services. The office is very clean and luxurious. Donna cares about the patients wellbeing and is very careful to not cause any scarring. Id recommend Meadowcrest.

Got a massive bill (which was about 2-3 times higher than the estimate I was given), and was told there would be a late fee for every month I didn’t get the bill paid in full. All that so the doctor could just tell me “yeah, I don’t really know what’s going on with you.” Money totally wasted. Look elsewhere.

Dr. Gates performed surgery on my face which uncovered and corrected a situation that almost surely would have caused severe medical problems in the future. For that, I am very grateful.
