I dropped in 2 days this week while in the area for a business meeting. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly at the 5:30am. Excellent guidance and motivation during the class and I also felt they spent time really working with each athlete in class. Very enjoyable and would highly recommend!

At first I was hesitant due to the sticker price. Only after joining did I fully understand that I got what I paid for and then some. All coaches are highly trained, personable, and offer a level of personal attention typically seen in hiring a personal trainer. CrossFit Harrisonburg caters to a wide spectrum of skill levels and has detailed programing to match. If you are like me, a working professional who does not have the time to plan a comprehensive training schedule look no further. The sense of community and teamwork are unlike anything I have experienced at a place of fitness since my time in the U.S Army.

Stopped in while I was on vacation for a week. Hit the 5:30am class 3x while I was there. Athletes were welcoming, quiet, but welcoming..but who isnt quiet at 5:30am? Had three different coaches with three different styles and I appreciated the diversity. All three were attentive, encouraging and engaging. Athletes mirrored their Coaches. Thanks for the great week and I look forward to visiting again on future vacations out that way.

Loved the workout, the trainer, and the community. Everyone is so supportive and welcoming! And the trainers make it so that the workout is good for people at any level. Definitely recommend!

Great CrossFit!

I travel a lot for work and drop into different gyms wherever I go. This place is one of the best I found. Great coaching, awesome community, clean floors and well maintained equipment. Highly recommend it if you’re interested in trying crossfit

CrossFit Harrisonburg has everything I need for my training. Great facility, happy, energetic and knowledgable coaches, and a wonderful community!

I have been a member of CrossFit Harrisonburg for 4+ years. This gym recently moved across town from the downtown Harrisonburg to a larger space on route 33. Still the same great community of people, and well rounded workout routines. Drop in for a WOD, and or stop by if your interested and check it out!
