I have used this shop 2 times now and they are extremely knowledgeable and very honest. I was told by a bigger shop (getting a last minute inspection) that I needed brakes...mind you I saw no signs of this....so I decided I would rather take it to Richards because someone had spoke very highly of them. They called and said I didnt need brakes and explained that they were only at half life and still good. They could have just changed them and went on but they were honest! In my books that makes an excellent small business to support! Prices are amazing for the excellent work they do!

One of the tires on the back of my car is leaking and needs to be refilled very frequently. I repaired it in two large stores. After testing, they told me that the tire was not leaking. Later, someone recommended to this store to repair it. My The car tires have finally been repaired, very honest service, good people！
