The staff was very flexible to work us in to fix our dryer in a timely manner. They were professional and courteous. I would recommend this company and would personally use them again.

Called the number provided several times as they were recommended and only heard a message to dial an extension, then a hang up. If i had an extension #, I would have dialed it, none published

Called to make an appointment to fix a refrigerator. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and set up an appointment at our convenience, but on the scheduled appointment day no one showed up, or returned multiple phone calls over two days. As of this review Ive still not heard from them.Wound up calling a different repair service which showed up less than two hours after calling them.

Fred was incredible, came out on a Saturday afternoon to look at a washing machine and dishwasher. Had them both fixed in record time.and a fair price. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. This guy has my repeat business - truly understands customer service.

Horrible in terms of professionalism. Fred responded to a call made by the manufacturer of one of my major kitchen appliances, and whilst working on the unit in my home he casually informs me that he would not be receiving compensation from the manufacturer for the service call, and that he would bill me for his time. When I called the manufacturer to verify, they informed me that this is NOT true!! Has Fred been double-billing clients without them even realizing?!

Very happy with the service I received to repair a washing machine that failed. Prompt and professional, knew very quickly what was needed and the price was reasonable for the service received.

Came to take a look at my dryer. Needed to order a part and agreed to come back the next week. Never showed up and never returned my calls. I came home early from work in order to meet him. Terrible.
