Harrisonburg Downtown Renaissance partnered with Digital Minerva to develop an eCommerce solution to serve as a raffle sales platform. Were in our third year of a very successful fundraiser - Friendly City Fortune - that was raising a lot of money, but totally swamping staff because of so much complex and individualized back end fulfillment. I work for a local Managed Service Provider. One of our customers is a sales-driven organization and they have an online website providing a catalog of the services and products they provide. The website provides a form by which visitors can submit inquires about potential sales opportunities that our customer can then follow up on. We recently migrated their website from a different hosting platform onto Digital Minervas hosting platform. Prior to this migration, the web submissions had been minimal and it had appeared as if people were not visiting their site very often nor expressing interesting in what they were seeing. After the migration, the results have been exceptional and immediately positive. Not only are the webpage loading times far faster than before, they have also seen a spike in incoming inquiries; inquiries that are leading to real sales opportunities and transactions. Digital Minervas approach to both digital marketing and Search Engine Optimization has made it clear that, previously, the webpage just was not being found by the people interested in our customers service and that, now, it is. A transition that was originally expected to be seamless to the customer has turned out to be visible to them in all the right ways.
