An intelligent, caring preparer takes great care of us every time we go.

Our tax preparer brought politics into it which made me feel uncomfortable. Then when we were done, she quoted us the price and when we went up front to pay it, it jumped up $40 because of her negligence. She became snarky with my husband and gave him a horrible and unprofessional apology. The front worker was kind and gave us a $50 credit on next years preparation.

Did not get full return advance that I get every year even though I got back a little over $8,000. Will not be returning and as for anyone else thinking about it TurboTax now does the loan so I will be trying them next year
