Worked fine for the first month, now the internet drops several times a day. We have had them come out and “fix” the issue and they would not listen when we told them it’s not fixed and we need the hardware replaced as well. My wife works from home and the internet dropping as much as it has been the last few weeks are cause of issue with her job. The ladies in the office are polite, however that’s just a superficial front they put on to just get you out or to just get your money. The techs don’t listen or even try to fix the issues.

These guys are amazing, I know they had some issues a decade ago. But theyve made game changing strides and put the customer first. Couldnt be happier with them.
Went in two weeks ago to set up service, the lady’s working the counter were extremely polite and helpful. Set me up for service starting tomorrow. I get a text at 2000 today,(the night prior) saying they have to move the set up date, due to them not having the proper wiring done. The house i just bought is already wired for Windstream and was checked when i initially set up the account. Not sure what the issue is here, but i will gladly pay double or more to have better customer service. I called and canceled the service, i believe if you checked prior and said i was good to go, that should be it. Don’t BS me and tack on extra services to hike the bill up.

Technician told they cant put internet out where we are. I know thats a lie, we used to have it through them! Ask to talk to technician boss and he said sure! Boss never called. Called technical support they said work order was not closed so there was nothing they could do because they are technically still working on the order. Wish we had another option.
Drilled a hole threw my wall into my 220 A/C. I called them never got back with me. I called again 6 months later after waiting. Told couldnt do anything becouse of covid call back in two weeks. I called back a month later and was told to send a picture to a number. Sent that pic and the number was a landline shady people still to this day he has not called me.
Terrible. Every other apartment where I live can get internet installed but mine couldnt. They said its because I dont have a wall jack. Theyve ran a wire from one room with a jack to another before. Whats the difference with me? Worst company ever. No wonder they had to file bankruptcy.
The prices are pretty decent but the customer service is TERRIBLE. The Harrison Technicians are pleasant and friendly and do THEIR jobs but unfortunately the rest of the customer service is quite awful. If you call you will probably get transferred to 3+ different people because the person you call to deal with a problem will transfer you to someone else because its not in this department. They made an appointment to set up internet at our new place when we moved, then cancelled it without warning. They sold me internet that they could not provide and then didnt show up because the Sales Dept. messed up. I had college exams due that day so I called Customer Service to figure out what was going on and why they werent there at the scheduled appointment time. They basically said it WAS their error but they would not be able to come out AND would not for an additional 10 days to set up internet EVEN THOUGH we had an appointment. Run!
I pay over 80 dollars a month for 100mbps upload speed and they gave me one of the cheapest packages. my wifi runs at 30 down and 3 up. this wifi company is a scam. if you have to get this wifi i would recommend getting the cheapest package because the most expensive plans have the same speed as the cheapest plans. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.USE ANY OTHER WIFI PROVIDER IF AN OPTION!
RUN! If you have any other choices for internet services, run and dont look back. Worst service and customer service you will ever encounter. Paying for 12.5 mbps and consistently getting 0.25 -2.25. After several calls, customer service only wants to play games, instead of getting anything done.
The worst young tech that Ive had we came here and did my service at my apartment building he says that I cant drill through glass Im going to have to have electrician cuz the phone wires wasnt working and it is and he canceled it and they had to run my credit again the worst Ive ever had Cox communications better than this hope you all can get a better tech cuz hes younger kids that yall are hiring or stupid in a box of rocks
Called several times to get there modem and they never come out to pick it up I am ready to put it in the trash no response I am putting it in the trash now very poor customer service.
When are you going to update internet and phone service in Marble Falls/ Dogpatch/Erbie Road. I want internet service but theres none available. Im sure Im not the only one. Please help
Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Tried calling the customer service 3 times and they hung up on me everytime. Worst WiFi service, doesn’t even work half the time. Way to hard to get ahold of, if I didn’t have to give them at Least one star I wouldn’t.

Worst customer service ever. cant get anyone on the phone or a tech to repair your service. When i first got their internet it took 6 weeks for them to fix the cable so that my internet functioned properly. now having issues again and cant get a tech out to fix their crappy cabling

Terrible service! Windstream stated 3 Mbps and we are getting .25 Mbps which is about dial up speed. They say we are on copper but being a network engineer I know you can do gigabit speeds over copper for short distances. They do not respond to emails and calling customer service is a joke. The only thing they will offer is $5 to $15 off and no improvement in service. Im still paying $50 for this awful service but am planning on dumping them very soon. Steer clear of this option unless live in town.
