The best service ever! Bought it one day and deluvered the next! Very professional and customer oriented, will buy from again.

I purchased a new refrigerator from Richardson’s Appliance and the entire experience was great. Kayla listened to my needs showed me the options and phoned me when they got in an appliance that met my requirements. The Delivery Team of Hunter and Jeffrey were polite and professional and even loved on our dogs. Excellent service by everyone at Richardson Appliance Service. Highly recommend!

We were living complacently with a complete lemon of an icemaker. The ice came out at a snail’s pace, and I had to defrost it every week. I finally called Richardson to see if anything could be done. Not only did they fix it and leave me with an ice making monster of a refrigerator, but they also went through the trouble of getting the cost of repair from the manufacturer. Richardson truly goes above and beyond. I will use them from now on.

I would not recommend this company. Three weeks ago we had repair work done on our washer that wasnt agitating. The technician couldnt find the serial number - but he also didnt pull the machine out to look at the side or back - too much trouble perhaps. Since he couldnt identify the part needed without the model number, he wrapped some electrical tape around it to create some resistance and charged us $85. When I called today to say it wasnt working again they said if they came out again they would have to charge us again for the trip. So, no guarantee of workmanship, I guess. I realized the serviceman was trying a quick fix, but Im really upset he didnt make more of an effort to find the model number. Guess Ill go look for it myself.

I brought my washer to them on a Thursday afternoon and they had it repaired by Monday morning. Excellent service at a very reasonable price.

My first time as a customer. A friend recommended them to me. Fridge and freezer went out and I thought I needed to buy a new one ( my fridge is 20 years old). Thought Id have it checked out first before deciding to get a new one. Called a few places here in Branson but was not quick to respond. My friend recommended to call Richardson Appliance Service in Harrison. Got an appointment that day and repair guy was even there earlier than expected. Ethan was great! So professional. He was quick to diagnose and solved the issue right away. (So glad I dont need to buy a new fridge). You just earned yourself another repeat customer. Topnotch service!

Outstanding. Brad was the technician assigned. He was exactly on time and after friendly introductions went to work. The news on both my refrigerator and freezer was not good, but he presented the situation in a very professional manner. Brad offered alternatives, along with his suggestions. When he left, my refrigerator was working, and I realized that the freezer had seen its last working day.Bottom line: everything about the service both from Richardson and Brad himself was superb. After Brad left I called the store manager (I think) and reported my very high impression of Brad. I dont have a hint of a complaint, and I recommend this company highly.

This is not the best appliance repair company I have dealt with in this area......this is the best service provider I have dealt with in any community in my 60 plus years. Friendly, responsive, professional and efficient. They were in regular communication with us regarding our repair and we couldn’t be any happier. Almost want something else to break just to use them again. A special shout to Ethan who is the ultimate professional. Best ever !

Absolutely fantastic! Call Richardson’s before you get talked into buying a new appliance. From the beginning to the last “thank you for calling us “ the service was wonderful. Plus the dryer is working like a new appliance. It was a difficult service call but I was told step by step what was happening and why. Plus I was told the cost involved before anything was ordered. Also my OCD thing, you never knew anything was done in the laundry room after Shay left. Impressive nowadays!

They charge almost double for basic dryer repair parts that I can get cheaper on Amazon

Ethan just repaired my refrigerator and dishwasher. He is so knowledgeable and couldnt be nicer. If you want your appliances fixed properly, ask for Ethan.

Very friendly and professional. The lady that takes the phone calls was very friendly and helpful in making sure I was taken care of. Ethan worked on my washer and had it going quickly. This is the second time Ive used them and have been very pleased both times. Ethan was the repair guy both times. I just wont buy another Samsung appliance as I shouldnt have been having problems no older than the machine was. Just glad these guys could take care of it so quick. I will definitely use then again when needed.

From the moment Ethan (from Richardson Appliance) arrived, we could tell he was well-versed on the recurring problems with ice makers. He was very diligent in explaining both the problem and why this frequently occurs with 3-door refrigerators. He ordered the part on-site and within a few days our ice maker was working again. Were extremely pleased with his work and will now contact Richardson for any and all home appliance repairs.

The tech was professional and very thorough with my appliance. Would definitely recommend Richardson Appliance again.

These guys are amazing!! The prices are great and when I picked up the items I had a problem and they stayed late after hours and fixed something for me that they didnt have to do at all. They went the extra mile. Great place!

First, the repair guys who came out were awesome! Very sweet, nice and helpful guys. BUT the scheduling of services and the billing process is awful. They would not work with our schedule at all. They have very little options and was very rude. Then we have warranty insurance and just had the same issue repaired by them not long ago. I knew I shouldnt have to pay again for the repair but the lady I spoke to was very rude, said I didnt know what I was talking about and made me pay. After paying I called the warranty company and they confirmed I should not have had to pay it at all. They are now refunding me that money.They need to work on their customer service in the front office area and take notes from their repair guys who are very knowledgeable and sweet.

My dryer went out while my husband was out of town and Richardson’s made it hassle free choosing one and even had it to my home the same day installed and took my old one away!! Thank you so much!! Back to my laundry now...

We had problems with a washer we bought brand new from lowes a couple months ago. We called lowes and they said a service tech in our area would call and set up an appt. Richardson appliance is the absolute best! It took a couple weeks to get our washer fixed but it wasnt their fault. The lowes warhouse was behind on shipping so there wasnt anything that could be done but wait for the part to come in. They were beyond sweet on the phone (and I called multiple times) and the service tech they sent was the absolute best I have ever dealt with! Will recommend them to anyone and everyone!

So my previous experiences with Richardsons I thought were a fault of Richardsons. There was a billing issue between them and Samsung, Samsung promised to cover the repair and Richardsons had previous billing issues with Samsung and turned down the job. Well Samsung has since hired another company and failed to have their billing correctly setup and the repair to not be completed. I cant blame Richardsons for that.

Don’t hire them, they won’t fix your machine’s. Oh and they are to good to do warranty/recall work!!
