This is my first time using the company. Willie and his staff did such an amazing job. I was away for three weeks while my cousin and her family stayed at my place. I was so happy to come hope to a super clean sanitize apartment. They did the laundry, clean my vents (amazing), windows and my appliances are super shiny. From the corner of the wall to the venting fence, they caught every detail I neglected and did an amazing job. The value of their service is way beyond the price they charge. Beingu able to find great people to help sometimes can be hard especially in short notice . But, William definitely help me get back to a nice and clean apartment . WOW! They did an amazing job. Most cleaning services send 1 cleaner, this service used 3 cleaners to ensure that the job is done well and its done in a timely manner. They cleaned a 1 Bed 1 Bath apartment and it looks, feels, and smells like new. While it usually takes someone 3 - 4 hours to clean this place, it took them an hour and a half and it looks WAY cleaner then it normally does when using other services. Highly recommend. Willie, the owner is also amazing.

Total cleaning services. They did an amazing job on my apartment, I left while they cleaned, when I came back I couldnt believe the beauty that Willie and his team have restored to my living space. A kind of magical act, precisely with shiny floors, baseboards, appliances, bathrooms, windows, etc. and a delicious aroma, using the best cleaning products, punctual, accessible prices, friendly, using their masks and gloves. Totally cleaning services did an amazing job at my house! Instead of just bringing 1 cleaner like other companies, this company brought 3 cleaners to my house and finished in about an hour and a half. They are so professional and they use the best cleaning products. Willie is the owner, he was very polite and he is very pet-friendly as well. I have never found a cleaning company this amazing! I’m impressed with these people. They are life savers.I never had my house cleaned by professionals before but Totally Cleaning Services made it like a dream literally. I was amazed at how spotless everything was. Willie didn’t have an available appointment same day because I called last minute but he made it possible to come with his team. I’m so glad I found them.The whole process was so easy, they came on time and what I liked the most is that they were very friendly and cleaned everything with their own supplies. They really helped me out . I’m absolutely calling them back and recommending them to my family and friends. Good value!!!

Willy and his crew did such an amazing job in an hour and a half to clean out my old apartment that I have lived in for two years. After packing, I left a trail of dust that collected over items that I did not even realized I had. He removed stains that I had trouble removing while living in my apartment.In addition to the above service, he also goes above and beyond to help customers in need. I reached out to Willy at 12 AM and told him I needed him to clean out my apartment that same day, he responded at 7:30 AM asking for details, and basically said, no problem and he will be there at 7 PM. This is after business hours for his company, but he still came!I would recommend to others for sure and would have no second thoughts to call Willy again for any cleaning services I need in the future. If youve read up to here, you should call and talk to Willy!

I have lived in my condo for 14 years and have NEVER been satisfied with a Cleaning service until today. Willie is extremely professional. Him and his team were super thorough going above and beyond a basic cleaning. The price was so reasonable I gave them an extra $20 tip because they really deserved it. I would recommend them to everyone. This says alot as I am very very picky and never satisfied with a cleaning service. Thankfully that changed today. Thank you Willie and team!

Willy and his team of hardworking ladies did a wonderful job cleaning my apartment. Willy is friendly, professional and accommodating. The ladies that were cleaning even found $200 under my bed (money I may have lost a while back) and placed the bills on my nightstand. So on top of the great work they do, they also have great integrity. Prices are very reasonable. Left my place looking spotless and smelling amazing. Highly recommend to anyone!

I was skeptical of using any cleaning service as I have never done it before, especially during Covid but Willy and his crew of hardworking ladies were fast and thorough and worked around us. They were mindful of our newborn as well. They wore masks and kept a distance while we were inside our apt. The service itself was superb for our 1 bedroom 800sq.ft. apt at a good price compared to many others that quoted me and got it done in about 2hrs.I plan to use their services again in the near future and likely on a recurring basis. I chose their service initially from the awesome reviews here and here I am posting one myself. Great job.

Willie and his team did such an amazing job! It was my first time using a cleaning service (I usually do it myself to keep costs down), but I was blown away and would say it was worth every penny! They really took the time to get every corner, dust all furniture, de-sanitize the entire bathroom and kitchen, and even moved some furniture to make sure to get any dust etc. behind it. Very pleased and will be using them again.

Not only did Willie and his team clean the place spotless, but they had such a professional and positive attitude. WILLIE IS THE MAN. Hes the owner of the company, and he comes to clean with his partner Avonne. Our duplex apartment was a wreck because we have a 1.5 year old baby and we both work full time. BOOK THIS COMPANY!UPDATE:8 months and 5 cleanings later. They just left our duplex apartment, and it was the best cleaning yet.
