I had called ahead of time (5 minutes before i showed up) and asked them how long it would take to patch 2 tires that were in my trunk as well as switch the one tire with the donut that was on my car. I was told it would be 15 -20 minutes.. from the point i sat down after showing one of the guys which tires and where the holes were, i waited and hour and finally went up to ask how much longer since i was told on the phone at the beginning 15-20 minutes. They had told me it was finishing up and had sent another guy to help whoever was in there finish. So i went and sat back down, to find myself sitting there for another 15 + minutes?? I had waited over and hour and 15 minutes from the time i sat down to the time i walked out the door. I was polite, but very annoyed, considering i saw at least 6-7 associates that were either at the desk or walking in and out from the garage. I work in customer service and if someone is told something by an associate and that is not accurate we apologize right away and we do what we can to make their experience better. Not for them i still paid close to $30 for 2 patches. I was told as i was walking out the door to leave, sorry for the wait by a single associate. I do not see myself going there again. And for those that told me how great they are my first and final experience was absolutely awful.

Travelling through and had an immediate tire issue come up. Fit us in quickly, and cheaply. Also - they have an amazing waiting area for customers. Sign needs to be bigger though-wouldve been easy to miss.

Tires are to expensive, I think Worley is cheaper. Heavy set dude upfront was pretty rude to us when we had questions so that’s enough of that.

Excellent and courteous service . I literally talked to almost every worker including the owner and they were all immediately like friends . Plus, they helped me out by pointing me in the right direction for some possible work . Since I am stuck out of town due to evacuation, that was pretty amazing . All those guys are awesome . And, they did the brakes and rotors in no time, while I sat on a leather sofa and watched t.v.And if you can, pick up one of their hats . They are really dope hats .

Went in with a plugged tire after an emergency roadside repair. I thought I may need a new tire but these guys were able to make a quality repair in a very short time (for less than $13), getting us back to our vacation. Thank y’all again!

They always seem to go the extra mile, and often without being asked to.

I always leave here happy. They are also so nice and prompt. I have a lot of nails that get in our tires so we visit them often. Also, I appreciate that they are open on Saturdays.

I’m not one to typically leave a review but they were incredible. I was scheduled to have tires put on at Hudson’s Tire & Battery and when I had arrived at 8:15 in the morning they had already sold/put my tires on someone else’s car & told me they would order some more tomorrow for me. I called HBT and they told me to come in and they would get me taken care of. They literally pulled me right in and had 4 brand new tires on my car & had me out the door in 25 minutes! The customer service & work ethic of this establishment is 10/10, highly recommend.

While there, I saw two guys absolutely sprinting getting cars in and out of there. Great manners. Were making great time and apologized for my wait. The only wait was waiting for the young guy behind the counter to get my receipts printed, after he stopped pushing me to try and buy tires out of my price range. I called the guys at the shop yesterday evening right before they closed needing a tire because mine had blown on the way home from work and I didnt want to risk driving 70 miles on the spare tire. They said they didnt have one in stock for my vehicle, but they could order one and overnight it for just over a hundred dollars! I got a call early the next morning saying that my tire was in! Yay! I went down to the shop and they slapped that puppy on there in under 30 minutes. Mount and Balance, out the door, for just over a hundred. You guys are getting my tire business every time. Very good service. I had issues with my brake rotor and they fixed it in about an hour. It cost less than I thought. I thought they only did tires and batteries, but they have knowledgable staff that can do different types of repairs. Very happy.

I arrived this morning at about 7:45 expecting to drop off our truck to have the tire fixed and pick it up on my lunch since I was there so early. Instead, I was greeted with a smile and without hesitation the gentleman asked for my keys and offered to start on it right away. These employees could have waited until their official 8 am start time, but went above and beyond to get my tire started early. I have always been impressed with their service here.

These guys are great! Im not from Harrison but when I was passing through town my low tire sensor light came on. I just happened to be passing by their shop so I whipped in to see if they could help me. It was a Saturday and to say they were busy is an understatement but they said it would be just a few minutes. Within 30 minutes my tire was fixed and we were back on the road and it didnt cost a fortune either. If I lived here I would be a customer for life! Thanks so much!

I had only a simple slow leak in one tire on my 2007 Honda Pilot. I was a walk-in on what seemed to be a busy Tuesday. Trevor came right out to check it out and got me in in about 15 or 20 minutes. The leak was patched and I was out in less than an hour. As I said it was busy and at least six other customers completed their service during the same time. I experienced good, friendly service.

I bought 2 used tires there.they kept going flat for whatever reason. I called the place and the manager said he would stand behind them.i took my car up there 7 different times and they told me each time they would change my tires out to different tires.to this day it hasnt happened. They lied to me each time. This is not good business in my opinion.I wont do business there anymore.all the public needs to be aware how they operate.Everyone check your tires before you leave to make sure its what you wanted.if not,they will not stand behind it.this is sad,but,true.

Worst place to go to They so called. Patched my tire on my truck. And it was flat before I got into Hollister, Missouri. Paid them guys 12 bucks. And didnt even make it all the way home. I would not recommend them guys at all.

Steve the manager was awesome,I thought I needed new brakes because they where squealing but turns out it was brake dust. I really appreciated the honesty when they could not have just replaced my brakes and took the cash when it wasn’t really needed I’ll for sure be back!

This place does all manner of tire work and also has a mechanic shop down the road. I get everything fixed, buy tires, and buy batteries here. Hands down the best prices in town. The internet couldn’t beat their tire prices!

When I got a flat tire I asked my co-workers where to take it to get repaired and they all said Harrison Tire and Battery. They were quick and friendly. Also answered questions about replacing the spare tire and full set of tires. Will go back any time I’m in the area and have a need!

I have never used their services before but needed a battery for a hands free headset for work. They were upright about delivery times and extremely polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Took my vehicle to them because i had problems with other places in town wanting to work on it. It is kind of a specialty vehicle. I told them i needed new brakes and rotors. They called me back about 30 minutes later and told me my brakes were almost brand new, that i probably just needed rotors and asked me what i wanted to do. They were honest and the labor part of the bill was cheap! Ive never had any problems dealing with them, and they are fast.

Cant say enough good things about Hsn Battery and Tire. My Mom has used them forever. Had to take her car in for a battery and alignment. Thought we were going to have to do some additional repairs but they were able fix the problem without a new part and tons of money. Thank you so much HBT!
