I had an accident yesterday with my new car versus a large deer, sadly, my new car lost. I phoned my State Farm agent this morning and spoke to Laura who not only answered all of my questions but gave me great news about my policy. In a world where it is easy to buy the cheapest insurance online, this just reinforced my intent to always have a local agent that will answer my phone calls and talk to me about my needs. Thank you to the staff at Vikki Hudson. It certainly was nice to speak to a knowledgeable agent about my concerns.

This State Farm agency is the worst Ive ever dealt with as a State Farm customer for 28+ years. They will not return phone calls. Improper billing. Everyone there seems to be confused about every question I had. I continued to try and give them the chance to work it out for 4 months. Finally fed up with their incompetence and went with another company altogether. Corporate also didnt seem to want to help resolve the issues. Never again.

Jake got me set up with everything I needed in a quick like manner. Not only did he provide an easy going business experience, he got me the best prices in town for my coverage! I would highly recommend this agency, and Jake from State Farm

I just called in and spoke with someone named Colton who has the absolute worst customer service I believe Ive ever dealt with. I told him that I needed to cancel my policy, he asked me my name and before I could say anything else or ask any questions he said Alright and hung up on me. I immediately called back and he answered again. I told him that I was the person he was just speaking with and who he hung up on and that i had some questions. His reply was Ok. No apology or anything. Im very happy to say I found the same coverage at a MUCH better price (almost half) with Shelter Insurance. Ive been a life-long customer (almost 30 years) of State Farm but will NEVER use State Farm again. Hope this helps other people make a better choice on who their agent is!!
