I had a scheduled appointment to have a lawn mower fixed, when nobody showed we called and was told the appointment had been moved without our notification. Now Im going on 5 weeks without a lawn mower all the parts are sitting in my living room ready to be fixed. And now we have to wait another week to have someone come out. Do you know how tall and thick grass growns in 6weeks? No customer service maybe this is why sears is going out of business? They hire contractors that could careless about another company.

So after showing up to dkc wanting to replace the blower motor in my admiral refrigerator which went out the night before I was greeted by a very rude staff. They told me that the part I needed wasnt in production anymore and I wouldnt be able to get the part. I asked them to check anyways in which they replied I should search online. I told them that I am without internet and I wanted them to check the back just in case they had it. Less than 2 minutes later they had the exact part in hand. I paid 77 dollars for the part. After I got home I searched online just in case. The part at retail value costs 21.75. So not only were they rude, and unhelpful, they took advantage of me because they thought I couldnt research the prices later.. Dishonest and taking advantage of customers. Not okay.
