The owner is incredibly dishonest. We did some business and he owes me some goods back, but now he just avoids my calls and emails. Not a chance Id do any further business with him in the future. Avoid at all costs.

Youve heard of bats in the belfry? Well, we had one in the bedroom, of all places! TriState returned my frantic phone call within 5 minutes--faster than any of our family doctors (just saying). Chris patiently told me exactly what to do, and promised to come to our house no matter what time of night--which he did, extremely competently and professionally, no muss/no fuss. But the absolute most important thing he did? Talked ME down from the ceiling--I was pretty unhinged by the time I called him. Couldnt pay enough for that particular part of the services TriState offered. Bottom line? House: hundreds of thousands. Insurance: thousands. TriState Peace of Mind: PRICELESS. Would fully recommend this company in a hypertensive minute!

Service was great! They removed squirrels from my chimney and were able to come out the same day. The staff were very Knowledgeable at removing and finding other areas that squirrels were coming in. I was referred to them by a neighbor that had them out for the same issue, I would recommend them to others.

TriState Wildlife truly has no competition. We interviewed 5 companies this summer to remove bats from our attic and house. Kris with TriState Wildlife was the only person that came by that I felt comfortable being on my property. They were able to remove the bats quickly and efficiently. They were thorough, and their work looked great.

We had a raccoon that got into our attic space and had TriState Wildlife remove it for us. Response time was great, they came out on a sat evening (which no other company would do) and caught the raccoon that night. The next morning they removed the raccoon and sealed up the hole in one shot. I highly recommend this company if you have raccoons in your attic, they will get them out for you!

After hearing boxes moving in the attic, I packed up my killer Pomeranian and fled to the safety of my moms couch. Kris arranged to meet my raccoon the following morning. Honestly, she didnt seem happy about the intrusion but she needed to be moved for her safety and my sanity. Within days the raccoon was trapped, the roof was repaired and the babies were safely captured. It was very reassuring to know that they would be relocated to a safer environment. It was important to me that the animals were going to be treated well and I am confident that they will have a much better existence thanks to TriState.Kris was knowledgeable, thorough and extremely professional. His respect for both the animals and the customers is heartwarming. Without question, I would highly recommend TriState and honestly hope that I get the opportunity to do so.Thanks to TriState, the animals, the house and my sanity are all in tact.

TriState Wildlife is an excellent company. They were quick and thorough, and their prices seemed really reasonable. Id been hearing noises in my attic for a couple days, when I saw a raccoon climb up onto my roof and into an attic vent. I found TriState Wildlife in a google search and was really impressed with all the positive reviews and the great examples of their work on their website.I called them up on a Tuesday and theyd caught the raccoon by Wednesday night. It turned out to be a mother with a bunch of little babies, that they took out of the attic by hand. Once they were all out, they sealed everything up nice and tight and gave me a written guarantee that Id stay animal free. They made such a good impression on me, that Im actually writing an online review, which I almost never do. Theyre a great company that you can trust!

I have more than occasional occurrences of bats getting into my apartment. On the last occasion I had two. Its hardly in my constitution to deal with one but two? No way! I called, left a message, had my call returned immediately and John was dispatched. He was courteous, understanding and, best of all, efficient and knowledgeable. The bats were captured within minutes of his arrival and he spent the better part of his time in my home educating me for the future and talking me off the ledge. THESE GUYS EARN EVERY CENT THEY MAKE!! Dont hesitate to call them.

Kris removed a family of raccoons for us last night that had taken up residence in our fireplace. It was an amazing process. After catching the mother at the top of the chimeny, he was able to safely remove the babies from above the damper. Once he had them all outside he reunited the babies with the mom. A new chimney cap later and im raccoon free. Biggest thanks to Kris with TriState for all his help.

For years we had delt with a colony of bats living in our house. Every year it got worse and worse. Before we found TriState Wildlife, we had 6-7 other companies come out to try to fix our bat problem. We spent tens of thousands of dollars; on everything from ultrasonic repellents, to chemicals, to complete home bat-proofing. We as a family have all had to get rabies shots, because we have had so many bats in the living space of our house. We were at our wits end and ready to pack up and leave the house. A family friend refereed us to TriState Wildlife, and we decided one more set of eyes couldnt hurt. Kris came by and checked out our home. After crawling on our roof for about an hour, he came down and showed us pictures he had taken while up there. He had found roughly 30 places bats were currently entering and exiting our house. The carelessness of the companies we had used prior to TriState showed through in the pics. One company had used a foam product that had fallen out, another sealed one side of a dormer opening and not the other....Kris assured us that they could fix our problem. They had to start by removing all of the sub-par materials and start fresh. Over the next week we had a crew of workers scouring every inch of our roof, sealing up as they went. When they got down to the last few openings, one way traps were installed. Kris came back around 8pm that night and watched with us as 100+ bats flew out from the one-way openings. It was such an amazing site to watch them not be able to get back inside our house. After all the bats had left, they removed the one-way traps and sealed up the last few openings. Finally our years long struggle with bats is over! Kris literally gave us our house back. No more sleepless nights, worrying about waking up to a bat in the bedroom. No more dealing with the droppings piling up on the sides of our house. No more urine stains dripping through the attic sheet rock.....I have already told my entire neighborhood, friends, and family about TriState Wildlife. If you have a bat problem that no other company can fix, Call these guys today!

We called TriState Wildlife when we discovered a family of squirrels had moved into our attic. For almost a weekwe heard what sounded like a heard of elephants running above us while we tried to sleep. We assumed we had a mouse problem and called out our exterminator. On the phone he told us we probably had squirrels in the attic. They didnt handle wildlife removal and recommended we call TriState Wildlife. We are so glad we did! From the first phone call they were caring and compassionate to our situation. They thoroughly explained to usour options, and we set up an evaluation that day. Kris came out to our house, and immediately confirmed our suspicions. As soon as he opened the attic hatch, a grey squirrel ran across the attic, and outside.Luckily the squirrels in our attic had not been there for very long, so the damage was minimal. Kris did a through roof inspection, and found where the squirrels had chewed a hole to gain access into our house.Traps were set that day. And Kris promise he would be back the next morning to check up.Around 7am the next morning Kris came back and promptly went up on the roof. The first morning he caught 3 squirrels, the next morning two more. After confirming all squirrels were out; he closed up the hole in our roof, and cleaned up the squirrel droppings inside. We have been squirrel free for more than a month now. I am so happy we were referred to TriState Wildlife. They are prompt and professional, honest, and caring toward the animals they are relocating. A+ Service.

I have a vacation home in New York. I take some friends there every year for a girl’s weekend when the guys go camping. The last time we went there we kept hearing weird noises coming from the attic. I come to realize I have a squirrel in my attic. My neighbor recommended I call Tri-State Wildlife to take care of it. They took good care of the little guy and got there in no time. He got back outside, and we got our girls weekend back! I will for sure call them if I ever need anything again!!

I wrote a review a week ago and now it is gone. This company does NOT abide by their contracts. Be wary. My contract stated they would remove squirrels at no cost within 6 months if squirrels made a hole in the front of the house. 4 months later, after a $1,750 job, squirrels made their way in through a front corner of the house. I was told by Tristate that they would not do the job since I did not cut my trees back, trees were not mentioned in the contract. The owner has not returned my emails or calls....

We never had any problems when we moved here in our new house until recently we were disturbed by some strange noises from the attic. I rarely go there so I thought that it must be just rats until my husband told me that there were raccoons up there and making quite a mess. I dont want my husband to hurt them if he is going to shoo them away so I asked for professional help on this one. I called Tristate Wildlife to solve our raccoon problem and they arrived later that day and brought some equipment with them. They quickly started to remove the raccoons and they handled it with care and making sure they were not hurt. After that, they went up to seal the roof where the raccoons managed to enter before and even cleaned up the attic for us. I was really impressed with their professionalism at handling the situation and they were nice to even clean the mess. Two thumbs up for these guys.

First I would like to say that the people at Tristate Wildlife have become my new favorite people in the UNIVERSE!! What an amazing group of people. They have a business that fills a huge need in our residential areas, and yet have tremendous compassion for the animals. I sleep better at night knowing that they are out there helping people properly capture and relocate or rehabilate our wildlife friends. People should remember that we have all built our homes and business on the animals land. So we must consider how much we have taken over there space and relocate them properly when they get themselves in a spot where they shouldnt be.I am trying to be brief, but I could ramble all day. I HIGHLY recommend them for personal or business use. I run a commercial real estate firm, and a mother skunk left her baby in my dumpster. I was so distraut that the poor baby was going to be dumped into a garbage truck. I contacted tristate, and they were there the next morning. Caught the baby, and took him upstate to a rehab until he was big enough to be released. I cannot tell you how happy, and IMPRESSED I was.On a personal note, I recommended them to my sister for a raccoon issue in her residence, and once again Kris came out, and took care of it properly, quickly and did the right thing by the animals.PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! Anyone who is debating whether or not to call, stop debating. They are the right place to call. Please take a minute and look through there amazing website. My local police department also recommends them. In fact that is how I got their number. You may find exterminators cheaper, but they ARE NOT concerned for the well being of the animals, certainly not with relocating, and usually dont complete the job 100%, and you will ultimately need TRISTATE WILDLIFE to come out anyway. So save yourself time, and call them, they are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!
