I needed to get my 15 year old daughter transfered to the airport. I was very skeptic and nervous, didnt want to use uber or lyft since I live in florida and dont know much about NY. I researched and found Waverly Transportation, which is the best thing that happened to me. I first spoke to Lilly on the phone and I explained the situation thatI needed someone who I could trust and feel comfortable with taking my daughter to the airport, she assured me that her company would be perfect and I have no need to worry, they would take care of my daughter. On the morning of departure At 6:25am, Lilly texted me and said she was outside my daughters house, to my surprise Lilly took it up on herself to pick up my daughter, she took her to the airport and took her inside got her checked in and took her to the security check point and in the same breath kept me informed of what was happening. I cant say how appreciative and grateful I am to Lilly for personally ensuring my daughter was safe. This service is second to none and the best Ive seen in a long time. Worth every penny!
