**** UPDATE ***The fact that you want to resolve this is admirable, though I find it hard to believe based on your past actions. A person who is truly sorry tries to right the wrong. If you are unwilling to do that, youre sorry means nothing. To resolve this matter we need a freezer in good working order. You have already stated that you are not coming back to fix it. And you refuse to answer any form of communication unless it is negative. When we bought our house last year. We had all American come out and fix our heat. Its a very old system on its last leg but they worked their magic and got it running. It was much cheaper than we thought it would be. Then, this year our main breaker would trip when the heat was on. Not exactly an HVAC problem, but we werent sure so we called all American and they came out the very next morning. Again, major problem, they worked their magic. They sent Markus out and he was very knowledgeable also with customer service on point. Our system is very old (about twenty years or so), but when it finally goes out we will definitely be calling all American for a new one. They also offer financing. I would highly recommend this company.

Phil and the guys did an outstanding job of zoning our HVAC system. When building the home, the previous owner didnt dress out the 1400 square foot basement initially, but did so later, so six additional ducts and vents were added to the system for the basement. When All American added an additional trunk and rerouted numerous ducts, several obstacles had to be overcome, as major changes needed to be administered when supplying the 3 zones. Even though the project took several hours longer and required additional materials than originally anticipated, we were still charged the amount of the original quote. Now we can simply pick up our cell phones and adjust the temperature of our main floor, our master suite, and our basement, as Phil configured the three thermostats to be controlled through an app! It is a pleasure this day and time to work with people of integrity. We would highly recommend Phil and his crew at All American Refrigeration for all of your HVAC needs!

Made appointment last week to have my AC unit checked, was bumped from that appointment and told they couldnt come Friday. I didnt call them back on Monday to make a new appointment. I then received a text Monday morning saying the service guy was on his way. I called the office to tell the secretary I wasnt home but could be home in 30 mins. I never made an appointment for Monday....I wasnt impressed with what had happened, but agreed to let them come out. I should have listened to my intuition. The repair guy got lost in Valley Springs and then behind the hospital in Harrison after I had told him exactly where I live. Which was not near either of these places.When he did show up he repaired the unit without giving me an estimate. He said he replacing 2 wires, he did not pull 2 new wires, but replacing them. I was not told of the repair cost until the work was completed. He was at my home 1 hour and 10 mins. The bill for the 2 new wires to be replaced was $241.00. This did include a $79 service call. I asked the service man what they charge per hour and was told $80.00. I still have not figured out how he was able to reach $241.00. I will not recommend this company. Over charged.

Very professional company. They stayed in contact with me until it was my appointment time. They were truthful with me about what needed to be done, and didnt try to RIP me off. So, I would suggest anyone to use all American for their HVAC needs.
I do not leave negative reviews, in fact, I believe this is my first.All American Refrigeration Heating & Cooling was hired by our landlords to try to preserve the existing condensing units for the walk-in freezer and two walk in refrigerators at our restaurant. After $$$$ were spent, with no success in repairing the original units, the landlords agreed to purchase three brand new units for two walk in coolers and a freezer. The installation of these units should have taken 2 days, however, their technicians took over a week. This delayed us a week on opening our restaurant and so we did not open on schedule.Beyond the delay of the restaurant opening, the freezer unit has not worked properly since installation at the beginning of May. It defrosts multiple times in the middle of the day and fails to hold temperature.Calls and attempts to contact All American Refrigeration went on deaf ears for weeks. They refused to return calls, take our calls or answer our text messages. Then, with the help of our property management company and a threat to sue for damages, Steve answered his text message and made a service call. Again he failed to fix the problem with the freezer unit.This cycle has gone on for months. We have tried to be patient and are easy to work with. We dont like conflict, and our goal is always to resolve situations in a professional manner. We feel that it is reasonable to receive what has been paid for and for the equipment to be in good working order.Three weeks ago, we called again and made an appointment for a service call. No one from All American Refrigeration showed up for the appointment, nor did they let us know they were not coming. Two days ago, after help from our property management company again, Steve showed up. When I asked why we were given such poor service when we had an appointment 3 weeks ago I was told I was out of town, I thought someone else handled it. I was met with numerous excuses as to why, none of which carried any merit.I also asked Steve, Why, when an appointment is made with you for a certain time, do you text us and say youre not coming because someone else has an emergency? Why is my freezer at 50 degrees not an emergency? and Steves reply was YOU ARE NOT A PAYING CUSTOMER. I am personally appalled. The fact is they were paid in full for the units and their installation. We have not received what has been paid for, which is a condensing unit in good working order.When a call was made yesterday to the office I was told by Erin Yeah, Steve said he is not coming back.I would highly recommend serious consideration to anyone in the Branson area who needs commercial refrigeration service to think twice about using this company. As in our case, they will take your money and run.To Steve and Phil, neither of you can deny the fact that we have been professional and patient in our dealings with you. We reached out numerous times to try to resolve this peaceably. Unfortunately, you have chosen a different path.
