Shulls was very prompt with giving my estimate. I have a 150 year old oak tree in need of trimming. The estimate was done in March for 1000+. We signed off on the estimate. Shulls seemed very professional. After waiting almost three weeks after ok-ing the estimate and filing a work order, we received no word from the company. We called and found out that an employee was ill and understandably they were backed up. Another month went by and we called again. They employee was still sick. This was very unfortunate, however the responsible thing for a business to do would be to let us know when the job could be done or recommend another company. Finally at the end of May the receptionist called and scheduled an appointment for the job to be done the following week. We notified our neighbors and prepared our property for them. They NEVER SHOWED UP. When we called to ask if they were coming the receptionist claimed she had never scheduled the appointment with us. This was false and then she passed the blame to another foreman and told us to call him. That foreman apologized and said he would contact us the following week. And surprise THEY NEVER CALLED US BACK. This was a huge waste of time. I do not recommend this company.
