My husband and I just purchased a hot tub (not through Goodall) & I knew we would be in need of certain chemicals to maintain the water and ensure our pump’s longevity. They gave me a bottle to get a sample of the water, which I brought back the following day, asked me a few questions specific to my hot tub and gave me the results of the testing right there on-site. The rep who helped me was very patient and explained everything in detail without being too technical and helped me find exactly what products I need to get my water balanced out and wasn’t pushy with any kind of sales. Very pleased with my first experience and I will be sure to return for future needs!

I bought a house that had an above ground pool on it with no identifying marks as to where it was purchased. Goodall was the ONLY pool supplier I found that would service my pooleven though I probably did not buy the pool from them. So 5 stars. And thank you for helping me.

I like this place because they recognize me and know their business well. For everyday chemicals, they are a bit on the expensive side... I usually use Amazon for chemicals, but for the stuff you cant find and for the stuff you need an expert on, these are my guys. I take a sample up to them on a weekly or biweekly schedule and they give me a print out with the water quality and which chemicals (and how much of the chemicals) I need to add to keep the water pristine. Thats the best service of all.They opened my pool for the first time after I bought my house; I had no clue about pools and they gave me a full tutorial... the guy who did the opening even checked up on me a week later. They helped me find the correct filters after 3 failed attempts on Amazon. And they have all the extras to make your pool more fun (toys, floats, games, etc).I decimated recommend this place for everything except your regular chemical purchases.

My compool remote for my pool and spa needs a new computer board and they are discontinued. I did not want to upgrade my system because there really was nothing wrong with it except finding the board. My pool company told me they couldnt find one (which is always their answer). So I looked everywhere and called every pool company I knew. I happened to be driving in Harrisburg and saw the sign for Goodall Pools . I had not heard of them before and decided to call. I talked to Mike S. the assistant manager and told him my situation. He said he would look into it and call me back. Well he did, gave me the more detailed part number but would not be able to get one for me. He searched online for a few pool supply companies and said to keep searching or to try ebay. He was so helpful, didnt know me, I dont shop in his store etc. But with the part info I had I kept searching and found the part on NewEgg. I should get it in a week. Now I dont know if I actually will or if the new board will fix the issue but I know I will start shopping at Goodall pools for my future pool needs. What outstanding customer service!! Goodall did a patch repair on our steps and created TWO BROWNISH YELLOW circles on our steps. Looks horrible. They claim they used clear glue for the patch. Then why is the repair patch BROWN?! Contacted Angie and Nick Taylor and they could care less! Such a ghetto repair job.

To start, Jim and the sales manager are fantastic. They were helpful and did absolutely everything on their end that they were supposed to do! They ordered my pool heater back in January 2020 and had me set for an install on April 30th, a couple weeks before my sons birthday to make sure everything was working properly. Come April 30th a lady named angie called me and said they couldnt make it because of the rain and tried to reschedule me for a later date, 8 days later rather than the next business day, wasnt happy and they came to deliver the heat pump that day but only dropped it off and said it needed a part. Over a week later the part still wasnt in after this PRODUCT was ordered months ago! I called and talked to angie again. I said it was unacceptable for this to be happening and that her guys should walk into valley pools at this point to get the part because they sell the system 3 filters. She put me on the phone with the manager, nick. While I was having a conversation with him angie walked in and told him that I told angie to walk her fat A** to valley pools and get the part. Let me note, I would NEVER say that to someone. Nick became irate about it essentially calling me a liar when I denied angies accusation. All in all I ended up paying for the pump and they are no longer performing the service to plumb the heater. I would never reccomend this company to anyone. A job scheduled nearly 4 months ago and they still didnt have the parts, couldnt stick to the project time frame, untrue accusations from employees, and absolutely horrendous management and staff in the service department. Im not going to sit back and allow erroneous statements to be made about me and the fact is we wont be able to have my 4 year old sons pool party because we must search for another company to perform the plumbing. Search else where people, I couldnt imagine being in it with them for the long haul during a pool install. In response to the owner, this was scheduled since January, there is no reason a part takes 4 months to get this day in age. No one came to look at the job for those 4 months and then you found out the part was needed the day of install. Bottom line its May 12, my to be 4 year olds birthday is tomorrow, your 2 weeks late and I have a $4,600.00 heater sitting on a concrete slab that is not functioning because a pool company doesnt have the materials to do pvc plumbing. UPDATE: ACCENT POOLS IN ANNVILLE WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION WITH A QUICK TRIP TO LOWES FOR AN 8FT PIECE OF PVC (SPECIAL PART) AND THEY WERE DONE IN 20 mins.
