It is impossible to get anyone on the phone to apply for ESL classes. As you can imagine time is of the essence for some people here on visas who could really benefit from the grant based services that CC have to offer. If anyone has any suggestions about better ways to get enrolled or how to speak to a live person I would greatly appreciate it. My email is [email protected]
