Have always had great service, but may have to find another company as after leaving 8 messages there is no response! We were finally able to get through! They were having phone issues and not getting message. So if you were having similar issues, give them a call back.

I called this morning with a semi emergency, and we met with a very friendly and helpful answer to my call. It just so happened they would be in my area and came within a few hours. Knowledgeable and helpful. Took her time to explain things and had us fixed up in minutes.Hokes will be my go to for all my septic needs from now on!We can not thank you enough!

We had Hokes out to clean our septic tank several months ago. Class A service!About two weeks ago our septic backed up, we called someone else that could get here faster to fix it. Mistake.Yesterday it backed up again!I called Hokes and left a message last night and had a return call in less than 15 minutes. Today they came out and fixed the problem, so we should not have issues again. They said if we do, to call right away and they’ll take care of it.Excellent service all the time! Will recommend to anyone!

Amazing customer service. Friendly, knowledgable, and fixed my issues. Others all told me they must pump my system before theyd even look for the problem. Hokes found the problem and turns out my system is no where close to needing pumped. Very mindful of peoples budget.

Numerous attempts to reach them for a service quoted weeks ago.No return phone calls, and left my septic project a mess in my yard. Very frustrating.Will gladly change my review if a call back is received.
