Troy came out and did a pre-appraisal for our home. He was very professional and answered all of our questions completely and throughly. I dont usually leave bad reviews because Im not that type of person but our appraisal was off by $75-100k. Maybe because hes not familiar with Carlisle. House next door sold for almost his appraised amount of our house and is 1000 sq ft less. It also hasnt been updated in 30 years. We have 2 extra bedrooms and everything is less than 10 years old. Glad I didnt pay for this.
