Had a drug test there today and when I arrived I was greeted with courtesy. The process was super fast and I was there probably no more than 10 minutes. The process is super fast and friendly. I definitely recommend it.

We had our entire company tested. Rapid was great at scheduling a day to come to us for the test instead of all of our employees having to go to Harrisburg. Bree was great at answering my dozen random questions along the way and the process really was completed quickly.

To owner,There is no record of me being fingerprinted at your facility with my mother going to be fingerprinted at your facility the same day because one of your associates kicked us out due to coming at a time you supposedly close even though we came at the right designated time. Please dont falsify the incident and instead hire knowledgeable and respectful staff members who are not counting down the time they are working and instead taking the time of their work to assist the people coming in for fingerprinting service.

I called last minute and Scott had to stay a little later, took his own time out to help me. I had my results within two hours. I could not be more happy with the way the team had me in and out in no-time. Highly recommend this business for anyone who needs the results fast and professionally done. Fast, efficient, polite, courteous and professional. Staff was extremely knowledgeable with regards to collection process. Scott answered all of our questions before we set our company up with Rapid Test Center for all our testing needs. Testing Facilities were clean and well organized. My employees were in and out quickly, which saved my company time and money. Scott was FANTASTIC!!!Thank you yet again!

I am the HR Manager of a local company and we use Rapid Test Center for our drug testing and DOT physicals when possible. They have the best customer service and are very knowledgeable. I consider them a partner in our quest to have a safe drug-free work place.What other people may call rude and unfriendly I see as direct, to the point and not wasting time. They would not be able to get people in and out as quickly if they chit chatted with every person who walked in.All of my experiences with Dan & Scott have been positive and I am glad to have found this company!

Ive been there three times. Quick, easy, and straightforward. Have your documents ready to go before you get there. Staff was pleasant but stern (which they need to be to make sure tests are completed correctly). Check their personal website for hours and information - not the generic Cogent website.

The two Gentlemen that I talked to and went to were nothing but professional and kind. I highly recommend this center if in need of any of the services they offer! Whatever our outcome may be Im glad we went to Rapid Test Center!

Staff were professional and accommodating. Service was fast and easy. I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I would take them with a grain of salt. This is a drug testing facility after all.

They are fast front desk is nice but the nurse and techs are rude. Lack of attention to basic manners mean lack of attention to the job at hand. Why? No one cares their.

Used rapid test three times. Appreciated their honesty when answering my questions. Was in and out quickly to take test or make payment. Very knowledgeable techs.

Truck drivers: I had to do my random drug test. I left my truck at the exit near to office and just walked in. Easy took me about 30 min. I did my rest time and continued to my delivery. Friendly gentleman no issues.

Choose somewhere else if you don’t want this weirdo taking your fate into his own hands. He purposely makes you go twice by lying and saying the first sample is out of range just to make you dump it out and go again, it’s a power trip “if your black” these this assumption of cheating are normal and completely out landish. The good comments are obviously bots or ppl from the company.

Go elsewhere if you can. The guy that took care of me was acting like he had something up his butt the whole time.I asked him about where could I rinse my hands after using their soap. His reply, Well, Id use the sink. The sink he referred to was the one inside the bathroom which in most places, like Concentrate, thats a big no no, which is why they tell you to rinse elsewhere (hence why I asked). He even interrupted me when I was speaking and didnt apologize or anything. I also asked if he could dispose of a paper I had because it had personal info and I didnt want to carry around such thing. He wouldnt take it despite being a facility that handles/disposes peoples info all the time.

These guys will get you in and out of there in a very short amount of time while being completely rude to you for the entire process. Couldnt really understand why, and thats why I gave it 3 stars. You dont constantly have to be all giddy and nice to your customers (the employee at the desk doesnt look like he is even capable of forming a smile) but you also dont have to outwardly make the customer feel like theyre the reason for your miserable demeanor as soon as they walk in the door.A company that provides such a good service should have employees with attitudes that reflect the company. Hopefully the ones working here will be evaluated.

The lady was extremely friendly and I was in and out in a matter of 15 minutes.

The guy over there ScottIs like a robot which is not designed for facial expreions, when you ask a question, he makes you feel like a dumpass.No smile, very monotonic and unfriendly.Not going back again.

This place is terrible & the horrible reviews written about it already should be taken into consideration when deciding to go for fingerprinting or other services there. The staff are quick to leave for the day from the center like an hour before they are supposed to close. They do not follow the open & close sign posted to the glass. The staff there have a bad attitude, disrespectful & unhelpful. When you ask what the proceeding steps are for a service you paid for or when you will receive results for a service you paid for the dumbest answer I received three times every time was I dont know. Horrible customer service & staff unknowledgable about the services they provide which is a shame because we as customers expect them to. I did not & will not return & had my fingerprinting done at the UPS store which I received terrific customer service & was told about the next steps after the completion of the service I paid for.

Worst place . Worst staffing . Rude and uncivilized person as the staff doing the finger prints of the people. I am done for the life and no preference or reference to rapid test center for the life . ......Be aware

I have went to this place TWICE when the website said they were open, but they were closed. The website clearly states, DO NOT CALL that it will block up their phone lines. It says their website is updated DAILY so do not call before you come in. That is a lie. I did not go over their closed lunch time. Both times were between 3 and 4. Smh FRUSTRATING

The process was fast and easy but I felt very rushed and the staff was very rude.

Awesome experience!!! It was fun and the guy was very nice!!!
