Love this office! High energy, great opportunities, and a very diverse group. Lots of work and the pay to go with it if you’re willing to put in the effort and work closely with the others in the office. Great opportunity to be had with a great group of people that are always willing to help you succeed!

I have worked with mercario (owner) and some of his team on multiple occasions. They are very energetic positive and most importantly very knowledgeable about what they offer and what they can do for you. I cant speak highly of them enough.

If Im being completely honest with everyone, this company is probably the worst place to work. The owner is highly short staffed, with about 1-2 members working at a time. You get very annoyed working there, due to the horrible wage, and the early mornings you have to wake up to be in the office for 30 minutes of pay, and to listen to him speak for about 2 hours at no cost to him at all. Later you are asked to attend a Costco, if you are in the morning shift, you are asked to be there at 9:30, and in the evening shift at 3:00. You stand there talking to every Costco member trying to sell DirecTV, who have already heard this speech youre about to give about a 100 times, and usually just walk away. The pay is commission OR hourly based, you get paid $10 an hour, and dont get any type of compensation for gas whether you attend the Lancaster location or the Harrisburg location. Oh and as for the commission based pay, you get paid $150 for a customer you sign up, but will ONLY receive your commission if you beat your hourly wage, and if you do in-fact beat it, you will NOT receive your hourly and just receive your commission. This is probably the worst type of thing, due to the fact you receive less than 7 hours a day, and everyone at Costco doesnt want to transfer their T.V service, nor do they want to listen a speech that was already said to them. Costco is a member based service store, so only the same people attend the store all the time. The interview process is simple, and you get hired ONLY if you are YOUNG, and have two feet that you can stand on. The owner Mercario Michel does not hire you if you are older than 30. The interview lacks any intent of showing people what your actual purpose there is and what your actual job requires. He blabs about how you have to have motivation and how he works with big box fortune 500 companies for ages. Do yourself a favor, and stay out of this place. Oh the other reviews you see, he asks people to write them. He says, LEAVE A GOOD REVIEW FOR ME ON GLASSDOOR AND GOOGLE PLEASE, and watches you do it.PS: The owner has still yet to pay me for my last week of working there, and its been over a week since its due. He says he is going to pay it on his own time, which is absurd. He then proceeded to cuss me out for asking for my paycheck. This company is reported to the BBB, and will soon face a lawsuit.
