This location is recently under new ownership and management. They are so friendly, polite and helpful. I encourage those who had a bad experience with the previous ownership to give this ownership a chance. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Constantly a line, but only one employee helping customers. But you can see other employees in the small room behind the registers eating, socializing, or doing other things. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They will even look out and see a line and still not help. And when they do come out, not a smile to be seen they all look miserable to be helping customers.

This morning I had to pick up a copy job for my business. 3 boxes. The boxes were heavy for me. I used the store cart, but the young woman working there never offered to help. Never offered to hold the door for me. Very rude service. Ad I carried out the boxes she went in the backroom. Poor customer service.

A friend recently lost her son in a car accident. Her daughter was sending a package over night with momentos to be turned in to Christmas ornaments. The over-night charge was approximately $200. She simply stopped by the store later in the day because she thought the charge was a mistake. The owner overhead her conversation with the clerk and came out yelling at her telling her she was just looking for a problem/argument. When she tried to explain she didn’t need to be treated so poorly and explain her situation of just losing her son, he basically told her he did not care. I am also a small business owner and understand it can be frustrating but this type of behavior is NEVER acceptable. The world needs better humans, not ones who treat others like this. I used to frequent this store and give it all my business. I will be using a different location from now one.

As a fan of UPS, it pains me to say that this location of The UPS Store is an embarrassment for the brand.Never have I ever felt like I was inconveniencing the employees like I felt when I requested a one page color print of a PDF document from a thumb drive.The issue with the multiple people that eventually got involved in attempting to print out this one page color document is that it appeared to be either a very unique request or a first time request.If this simple task could not be fulfilled, why charge me $3.45 computer time for not being able to print out a one page color PDF? I received a disoriented B&W printout.I will never visit this location EVER again, since it appears that basic computer skills are not a condition of employment at this The UPS Store. On top of all that they were EXTREMELY RUDE!

Paid $70 for something to be overnight shipped, the cashier said she can guarantee it will be at my destination at 7-8am the next morning.It didn’t arrive for 2 days, I asked if I could had the $70 back since it didn’t arrive in the time i paid for and they said due to corona they aren’t offering any refunds because they can’t guarantee anything..No one said ANYTHING about that to me while the cashier was gladly taking $70 from me and guaranteeing next morning delivery!!!Also, it turns out the store would have had to have that package out to the main UPS center by a certain time that day for it the be processed and out for delivery, and they didn’t send it out until way past that deadline. Seems they didn’t do their part and used Covid to excuse their error. DONT PAY ANYTHING EXTRA HERE!

GO TO FEDEX on Jonestown. The people that work at this UPS location are so miserable and rude. Also, they quoted me $100 to mail something that would get there “middle to end of next week”. I went down the street to FEDEX and they charged me $41 for next-day and we’re so polite and friendly.And to the person that was glad they didn’t make them wear a mask, they made me go back to my car and get mine when I forgot it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Had a question about a print order so I called into the store. Didnt feel confident with the answer so I went in to discuss further. I was assured my prints would be correct. But they werent. Customer service is/ was horrible. Manager lied through his teeth to corporate. They printed 2 separate files on the back/front of one another and refused to reprint correctly as I was promised by the lady at the front. $60 of a small business owners money down the drain. Never again with this UPS store. What a shame that management could be so rude and deceitful.

The woman who helped me was very nice, or this rating would be 1 star. There was another woman waiting on an older gentleman there. She had such an attitude with him for no reason. If you arent good with people, you shouldnt be working around them.

Employee Tiffany is one of the rudest store employees I ever met at any store. I will never do business with this location again. I will take the extra time to go to the Linglestown Rd. Store where the employees are super nice and helpful.

Ive been here probably half a dozen times and Ive never had a problem with the service. The one girl who usually helps me, Im not sure if she is the owner or manager or what, but shes always been helpful and kind.I did notice last time I was in, 12/17, I was sending one package to Maine and one to North Carolina. They asked me if I wanted it guaranteed before Christmas for $30 per package, double the normal rate. With 8 days until Christmas I declined and my package arrived on 12/19 to both locations.Ive been asked about the guaranteed around this time in previous years so I am sure this is a UPS corporate upsell thing, but double the price when I have 8 days left and the actual delivery time is 2 days is hard to stomach for an east coast delivery.Again, I really dont fault this location and I am sure if I paid the extra money it would be there before Christmas, but just be aware of this upsell at UPS locations.

My experience they where always helpful either for copies fax and sending packages overnight. UPS at times really sucks for on time delivery or the tracking information isn’t matching the actual dates but as far as the location if they guaranteed something they stood behind it I would recommend this store for sending last minute packages

Terrible customer service! To begin, I was charged $80 to mail a package to Colorado. The package returned 3 weeks later. When I went to retrieve it, they told me they could try resending it for $43. I discovered later that this is actually the fee for UPS to send the package. The rest was store profit. When I asked to speak to someone about this, I was given a phone number which no one answers, and no one returns messages to. I returned to the store, where I received a very cold response from the same girl who helped me the first time. She said she would speak to her manager and call me back. That was 3 weeks ago. I suppose I can be grateful for the education. UPS Stores are independently owned franchises, and not managed by UPS. The post office finally got my package to Colorado, for $28, on time.

Convenient location and hours. Ive never had a negative experience here personally and have used this location as my go-to UPS shipping center for 14 years. I wish the hours were longer, but I understand why theyre not.

If it rains theyre closed, if it snows theyre closed, if theyre open theyre rude. If I ran my business the way they run this store I wouldnt have one. Must be nice to hide under such a large corporate umbrella. If they were an independent business they would have had to close a long time ago.

This store has continuously allowed a customer using box #907 to spam my email. I’m talking 1 emails a day everyday. They won’t give me contact information for the person and and are aware of the harassment yet continue to allow the unbelievably selfish person to rent a mailbox with them even though they are clearly abusing their privileges. Can’t stand this store. I want to report them to corporate.

A friend of mines as well as myself went to get some papers notarize for the court and the lady name Jennifer was rude and unprofessional I explain to her that this was my first time ever getting anything notarized can she help me and she did by misinforming me and having my paper sent back to me from court to redo all over again 😒ughhh 😞😞😞😞
